We having been coming to Rocco for years now. He is professional, courteous and has a very calming demeanor about him.His new office is conveniently located with a huge free parking lot in the back and several banks within a block for those last-minute documents. BMO, Vancity, TD, Royal Bank, & CIBC.The new office was very clean but this time there is a Covid shield barrier for his desk and there was an impressive large Ionic Hepa Air filter unit in the corner.

Rocco is an absolute pleasure to deal with! Rocco has helped my family and I for a couple of transactions, and each time has been fantastic as he is very patient and takes his time explaining details, and also takes time to answer any questions that may arise. Rocco is super friendly and professional. My family and I will definitely work with Rocco again in the future, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a notary!

Found this place through google maps as I need to fill out a Notary ID Verification form for a new job, I didn’t really know what to do with the form because it was first time filling it out! Rocco was patient and friendly throughout. He is very detailed and ensured all steps are properly done!

I do not know where to start, Rocco is a genius at work when it came to my mortgage and made everything as straight forward as things could be.
