South Asian grocery store. Variety of fresh vegetables are available here that may not be available in any other grocery stores in the city. Most of the vegetables are south Asian. Seasonal fruits are always very good quality and reasonable price. Species, snacks, variety of beans, rice, flour and dry foods are available in this store. Many types and sizes of Indian style cookware available here with reasonable price. Store is good size. Always feel good going there. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They always keep store organized, neat and clean. Recommend others to try this store.

Very Bad Customer service. Employee doesn’t know how to talk to the customer. We went to buy mangoes and she said truck is here and we are unloading and after few minutes I asked her if she can ask how long it will take and her answer was I can’t ask because they will get irritated. I ignored it and continued my shopping then for one of the product label price was 14.99 and she said its 23.99. She said punjabi customer do change labels themselves. I was so shocked. I told her you can go there and you can check yourself and she even didn’t care to double check. Never going there again. Very poor service and need to teach their employees on how to speak with customers. You just can’t bad mouth one community when you belong to that community.

Dropped in on a Wednesday hoping to see produce (e.g. cucumbers) as advertised in their flyer. Unfortunately, there was not much selection for fruits and vegetables. Definitely not like the photos posted by other reviewers. What remained didn’t seem fresh and the price shown didn’t seem to match the advertised one. Disappointing as I made a special trip. If you decide to visit for fruit and veggies, I would recommend you call first. Maybe they were in between shipments etc.

Selling Poor quality products, sometime even expired products. When called about one of the products being of poor quality and is not eatable as it has strong odor, they simply denied to provide any resolution. Haven't seen such poor customer services

Very disappointed service I called to know about the price for one product one staff member answered call rudely and reply we do not tell the price over the phone what kind store service is. That what if disability persons has to come visit to know the price first and if not worth it he has to come again Waoo

Noticed that All packets of Maggie Noodles were expired so mentioned the employee about the same( a lady) , she said no it’s all good for another 18 months, I asked what’s the purpose of expiry date on the package.She replied no it’s all good you can leave it if you don’t want to buy this.

I recently visited this store and overall, I had an average experience. The store was well organized and clean, and I was able to find most of the items I needed. However, I did notice that some of the produce looked a bit wilted and past its prime. Additionally, I found the prices to be a bit higher than other stores in the area. Overall, I'd say that it is a decent option for groceries, but there may be better alternatives in the area.

I usually go to the store for prices but staff have become so rude, especially the young girl who manages the cash counter. I just asked for help since I had a baby with me, she simply denied. I was visiting only this Indian store from so many years but this staff member has become so impolite and ill-mannered. She has no sense of customer service. The store management seriously need to look at the negative comments for the staff.

I asked a employee to use the washroom she said owner doesn’t allow anyone to use washroom accept employees. This is the first time I heard that they can say no to customer for using washroom.

If you want to be treated like the lowest person on earth and then pay them . That’s up to you . I’ll take my money to a store that deserves customers. Never again . Don’t care how cheep the food is not worth keeping this place a float . Sinking ship .
