I’m no stranger to tech but I had some treasured VHS tapes that I couldn’t get to play right. Tried on several VCRs. Bill had me fixed up in a few days. He had the tapes on USB and the results are fantastic. Friendly and professional too

I had a 25-year old VHS tape with a cherished family event recorded on it. It accidentally got immersed in water due to a tank leak in our basement. Media House owner, Bill, said he would try to salvage as much as he could of this tape, but I didn't have high hopes. He was able to retrieve the whole video to a disc for us! The quality had of course deteriorated due to water damage but it was still very watchable and we are thrilled to have a visual record of this event once again! Would recommend this company most highly!

I'm very happy with how things worked out. I ordered some martial arts videos from Japan and was a bit shocked to see they were VHS. I came across media house when I was looking for someone to put the videos on a DVD. Bill did a great job and he's a really nice guy too. Great sense of humour. I would easily recommend him for anyone looking to do a VHS to DVD conversion.

Bill did an amazing job restoring a 20+ year-old VHS home movie we and brought it up to a quality we never would have expected was possible from an old tape. The price was right and I’d be more than happy to have my work done by a local business than shipping it off Internationally.Glad we found this neat little place for converting and saving our old VHS and Super 8s for our family to hold onto forever!Keep up the great work!

I agree with the other reviews. Bill did an awesome job on our conversions from 8mm film to digital. His pricing is fair, the quality is great, he's straight forward, honest and delivers on time... what more can you ask?

We dropped off 11 vhs tapes to get converted to mp4 files. The guy who works there was enthusiastic and I felt really secure leaving our precious memories with him. It only took him a couple of weeks and he provided us with all the files well named on a USB stick. They easily transfered to the cloud and now we'll have them forever. We will definitely use his services again, if we ever need to.

I had some footage I needed to get off some Mini DV Tapes, and Bill did a great job moving it over for me. I called back the next day asking if he could re-do it with the time stamp on the footage, as I had originally forgot to ask for this, and he had no issues doing this for me very quickly as well. Thanks for all the help Bill!
