Best A&W poutine I've ever had to date. Whoever made it but their heart and soul into it. So good. My Papa cheese was perfect. The only thing I'm going to complain about is they're ridiculous paper straws. They are absolute trash.

Used the drive thru 3 times in 2 weeks and each time was not a drive thru experience but drive, order and wait 5-10 minutes for a single breakfast order. One of these orders it came incorrectly. At the very least they should change the menu at the ordering booth to breakfast when it is 8 AM in the morning. This place used to be so much better with consistent quality service.

Ordered the plant based burger from here and it was all soggy and seemed undercooked.The plant based burger was great tasting before but not this time for some reason.Seems like either the plant based burgers are just soggy and undercooked or the stuff could care less how the food is cooked and just trying to get by.Never coming back at this location again.

Yesterday I very clearly ordered a ringer papa burger . The cashier was so rushed to push us out he never asked inside or Togo ended up making the burger wrong . Then proceeded to argue with me that I did not order that. Then took my burger let 3 different peoples hands touch it then added 2 onion rings on it and gave it back . I’d advise to go to Tim Hortons or subways across the street now. They only want to talk to their buddy’s that you can’t understand and rush you out the door. Very disappointing as I used to eat at this location once a week. Very very sad. It’s petty but I didn’t get my frosted glass for root beer . It’s half of the reason I go.

I ordered a vegetarian burger combo, and it was absolutely delicious! The service was also impressively fast, and I was able to find a comfortable place to sit. The overall experience was quite good, as the establishment's atmosphere was decent and welcoming.

Ordered a combo the punched it in as a burger then wouldn't fix it. Asked them to reprint the order to include the combo. I was told they couldn't do that and if I wanted the fris and drink it would be almost another $8. They where rude when I asked for my receipt and they wouldn't give it to me. I will never stop here again.

I ordered a buddy burger, and it was so good. The best burger I have eaten in A&W in Canada. All of the things were so clean and also the staff were so nice. Unfortunately I'm traveling and can't get back again.
