If you visit consider this event. Approached this location and thought it would be an easy experience. When I arrived one staff member was heating up a pre cooked breakfast sandwich that came from a plastic wrap and there was one client in line in front of me. The other staff was busy organizing the shelves on the back wall with her back to the client in line. The two staff members were busy having a conversation. After a few minutes the staff acknowledged the man in line and took his order for 2 banana loaves and a coffee while all the while continuing her conversation with the other staff member. This was puzzling to me that sorting a shelf was more important than a paying customer to one staff member and having a conversation with a staff member was more important than interaction with a customer to another.As I stood in line patiently waiting another potential customer got in line behind me and the original plastic wrapped sandwich lady received her sandwich only to discover…… that the conversation ladies had made the wrong plastic wrap sandwich. Most likely due to their invested interest in conversing about inconsequential matters instead of helping paying clients.One of the staff members retrieved the plastic wrap sandwich and threw it in the garbage. She got a different plastic sandwich and put it in the magic oven. While the other decided to now participate in the new experience of helping customers she proceeded to gather the mans banana bread that was…… you guessed it……. wrapped in plastic. Loading up the behind the counter garbage with plastic food wrapper after plastic food wrapper. this portion of the experience definitely helped me decide that I did not want any plastic food.So here they were the two staff members having a focused conversation while juggling the tragic plastic food prep. The man received his plastic banana bread and the lady her corrected plastic sandwich and me with shelf mug in hand to buy and the lady behind me puzzled with her nee observation that maybe there might be a different coffee spot close by.Was this now my chance to order? Nope.First staff member returned to sorting the shelf with her back to me and the other staff member shuffling wrappers. This made me think…. maybe I am invisible? Then the struggle. The shelf sorter could not reach an item on the shelf. So instead of helping the paying customer the other staff offered to help the staff member get items from the shelf while starting a new conversation with “ my shoulder hurts” in the most whiny voice in the world. I am not going to state any preconceived ideas I had about my concern for the ladies health before this moment but the absolute whine that came from the staff members mouth made me put down my item and say to the person behind me “ And this is how you lose a client” Officially this location receives the award for “worst starbucks ever”

Terrible service. No white chocolate mocca, no chai tea latte. I ended up ordering Cappuccino...it's was 80% just froth.Asked for a glass of water after I had paid. They denied because they charge for the cup.No sugar, stirrer on the counter..you have to ask for it. Nothing compared to Starbucks standards. Never ordering from here again.

My experience in Starbucks at airport was really nice, even though it was busy(only two staff) but the staff was friendly and really fast in taking orders and delivering orders. store was neat, clean and hygienic. well done. definitely come back again with my family and recommend others.

First time i was charge extra $1.25 for requesting less ice.. seriously?.. Ive been to 22 countries and i always drop by at starbucks everytime i use the airport and only this branch charge me extra for requesting less ice? Is this a new standard now? Or you guys making your own rules out of hundreds of starbucks branches that i went to? June 29 ,2023 1:04pm visit.. Check 5323 Server Norman Bh.. Attached receipts

Didn’t know how to prepare a wrap; it was all burnt… asked for coconut milk, out of stock; asked for knife to cut the wrap in two portions, said No.. in short not good service at all

I don't know what it was that made people write such bad reviews about the place but i had the tastiest wrap and freshest coffee while i was traveling from Winnipeg to halifax. I was skeptical about eating there as i saw 9/10 bad reviews of the place but i decided against my instincts to give it a shot. Turned out the best kind of people there and they were very fast at preparing my order as well as really polite spelling my name correctly which was a first for me at any Starbucks in Canada. I felt that the customers there were very cranky as i sat there for good 20 mins and noticed that people treat them differently and think they are rude because they dont understand them and think of them as outsiders. I would definitely go dine there again if i travel from Winnipeg again. 10/10

This Starbucks experience started out with great service. My teeth are very sensitive so I always ask for the least amount of ice needed to cool down a drink; in this case the new dragon fruit lemonade. The gal who took our order was friendly and verified our order was correct, including the light ice. She even wrote lt ice" on the cup.My partner's food was made fine but my lemonade had more ice than drink in it. So

Always a pleasant experience at this Starbucks location. The ladies working are so kind and now remember my order, which makes my experience that much better. There can be a wait sometimes but that, of course, is subject to flights and time at the airport but, even so, they manage to get us through fast and efficiently. They could probably use an extra hand at these times.

I bought one simple drink but the barista (probably manager) didn’t know how to make it. I asked her this ain’t the drink I ordered. She began yelling at me.Need more training, worst experience.
