I asked very politely for more olives 3 times before the sandwich artist refused to add more (still wasn't enough for my liking) I offered to pay extra, nope that's not an option

Not impressed at all, asked for extra olives and the employee said no I can’t, I said ok I’ll pay extra, and still said no because there’s no extra charge for vegetables and he’s already put too many on. What a joke. Customer is always right and I’ve never in 10 years had someone have an issue at any other store. Never coming back to this location.

One of the best Subways in Kelowna. My go to when I am in town. Pleasant people and good food plus the are not chintzy on the cheese. I had the chicken salad with ranch dressing.

Business hours posted on the door are open 9:00 AM on Saturday. I have been waiting one hour and they are still closed.They should update posted hours

I've never witnessed someone care less about their job. Girl working was super rude, threw the sandwich together as if she didn't care one ounce and then added so much sauce it was dripping everywhere and disgusting. This place clearly either needs new staff or new management. Don't waste your money here.

Terrible service there today. The girl was rude, the bread was stale and she literally clumped all the veggies in the middle of the sandwich. Worst Subway sandwich I've ever had, will not be going back.

Gross. The cheese was slimey and mush. Same with the veggies. Definitely not being properly cooled. Not to mention the staff were horrible. Rude, short, and super unfriendly. Rushing us as fast as possible, even though we're the only ones in the store. Denying my request for crunchy onions on my sub....cause it wasn't the right sub? What? And the store is disgusting and dirty. DONT GO HERE!!

Get coupons in the mail yesterday so hubby and I decided let’s go to subway…we order and when we present our coupon we’re told we’ve already used our coupon so we can’t use it. Ummm how so? We just tore it off the little booklet from the mail! We try to explain this but they said no you’ve used it we can’t use it again. So we left without our sandwiches.

Cheap, the first time I heard we have to stick to sandwich designs.... Honestly I would choose other subway locations than this one.
