I ordered some items. After reading reviews I was concerned as it was kind of expensive. The parcel was out for delivery at 7 in the morning. I was waiting and looking through my window to make sure time to time that I dont miss out on my package. Finally, at 6 in the evening, the delivery person parked in my neighbour driveway. So, I got concerned. As I saw delivery person get down from truck, I just knocked on my window so she knows my house. She delivered at my house and took picture. I just wish the delivery was faster. Overall, I am happy as I got my item. Just keep a look out when it says out for delivery on tracking.

If there’s a zero I will give this company that review !! Very bad. !! They lost my package and the website is saying they delivered it but I didn’t get my package I ordered thru Indigo !! When I followed up with them they still don’t know where the package is !!! What an incompetent driver !!

My package was delivered to the wrong house. Your driver took a picture of a house they delivered to, clearly not the same address. Packages contained several hundred dollars worth of xmas gifts.Now because of your employee negligence, we are seeking a resolution to get our money back. Completely unacceptable.I’m reading similar incidents and experiences, clearly your company is doing something wrong and not fixing the problems. Either step it up, or get out of this industry, clearly you guys can’t manage to get the services done right.

They deserve zero stars. Apparently, throwing a package anywhere and marking it as delivered is acceptable practice to them since, according to reviews, I'm nowhere near the only person who this has happened to. My 'proof of delivery' photo was at a completely unknown address to me- certainly not my house or anywhere nearby. It shows my package just left in the middle of a sidewalk! It's absurd. Anyone could have grabbed it, and they'll know my name and address now... I really hope Simons smartens up and goes with a different courier.

100% The worst shipping company I have ever delt with. Customer service is zero.. they email you everyday saying the package is out for drop off... and nothing.. I really have no idea how they are still in business

Poor service. The package was left outside of my building even though my intercom code was on the address. The driver never buzzed me and the package could easily have been stolen.I will not order again from a retailer that uses this service.

I’ve never heard of this company before but now that I’ve dealt with them twice now the first time their delivery person claimed our home address was in an office building and that the office door was locked. This is an apartment building and the doors are always open so tenants can come in and out and access their apartments. Call the company to complain did not receive any satisfaction. I am now following official complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Once again, tonight we had to wait till after 5:30 PM to have our package delivered and instead of them claiming we lived in an office building and the front door was locked this time they simply left our package outside the front door to the apartment building outside in the cold elements of Canada.Suffice it to say when I went to call the company to complain their office is closed so I will be calling first thing in the morning to complain once again

I had the exact same experience as another review. I was provided an estimated delivery date but instead of delivering the package the delivery date kept updating as the following day. After this happening for a week straight, I called to say that it must be stuck in the warehouse" for some unknown reason. I was told I would be updated by email which has not happened.The apathetic "apology" offered by customer service felt like the equivalent of a teenager chewing gum

Nationex delivered my Simons order to the wrong address. I was able to figure out where my package went based on the photo they sent to me as Proof of delivery

My order never arrived even though the tracking said Out For Delivery, it changed every day. Example Dec 28th Out For Delivery, then the next day it says Out For Delivery Dec29th, then it never arrives. Changes to Dec 30th and so on. It's Jan 4th and it still says Out For Delivery, customer service won't answer my emails or calls. Really annoyed with them. Stay away!
