Horrible customer service! Just needed two small screws that cost nothing for the interior door face plate where I have two holes where all my guest to see. Thanks Bouvet for being such a poor business

We specified this hardware for the exterior doors of a large renovation. The hardware had numerous failures including:-broken spindle at mortise entry set-delamination of deadbolt faceplate at mortise entry set-lever falling off of tubular spindle-free-spinning deadbolts (multiple occurrences)The contractor spent money having locksmiths make the repairs (i think it has been three rounds so far - less than six months after the project was finished). We spent money buying additional components from Bouvet that they said would help solve certain problems (for example - the levers are heavy and they sagged, so Bouvet told us to buy their more expensive, heavy-duty latches, which we did). Frustration was high with Bouvet, and we implored them to proactively send someone under their guidance to meet with the contractor and determine why the hardware continued to fail. Bouvet refused. If/when the hardware fails again we will be forced to replace it with hardware from another manufacturer. We do not recommend Bouvet Hardware and will not specify it again.
