TLDR; ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆First time shopper, and now I won’t go anywhere else!I was running low, and happened to be nearby the Huronia location so I hopped on their website for the first time. I hastily picked out my order and went inside.Covid procedures all properly in place, Sara greeted me promptly and made sure I was in the right place for the building. I told her I was, and we discussed my order.I inquired about a few extra products at the door, apologizing for her time and switching it up, but she made no move to rush me. She was polite, and cheerful, offering recommendations and explaining how one of the products worked (the purple cleaner, as opposed to the orange one I normally grab from a convenience store but haven’t been super happy with).I make really bad puns, but she joked and laughed with me for the few minutes I was there. She even left me pick out my colour of mini glass bubbler! I was so excited!I have anxiety (who doesn’t these days? lol) and I’ve been home with few exceptions for the past year and a half, Sara made it genuinely such an uplifting experience, and I am glad I made the detour. You’ve got a customer for life!

Was turned away due to a expired license evenThough current provincial rules clearly state all expired licenses are still valid through end of of 2022 not feb 28. Check the provincial drivers license section on the website and you will clearly see G2 are valid till December 31 if expired during covid.Idk why be so arrogantly sure of something you can simply verify online.I don’t know what difference it being expired a couple months makes anyways. Not like the birthdate changes…..

Staff has always been really friendly. My husband goes here often and have never had any issues. Just wish they had slightly even more variety, otherwise would give it 5 stars

This is the definition of class. Starbuds on huronia road has the best selection, competitive prices and friendly staff. Ask for Ashley, her cannibus knowledge is unsurpassed. A pleasure to shop.

Never going here again, the taller gentlemen was so rude, I dont know how he got a job in customer service. Also they change more then most other stores for same products

Very rare do I have a decent experience here unfortunately. Not sure what happened as it use to be alright a few years ago.Now I'm always getting trash carts, overly priced and unhelpful staff.I only go here because it is right beside my house. But now I will consistently be going to Innisfil to Canna Cabana as they have great prices and most of my carts seem to work
