Horrible experience, worst customer service ever. No explanation on pre departure screening.They also indicated the gas level wasn’t returned at the proper amount, to which it was. Felt like the biggest scam.Further, they stated there was a scratch on the roof of the cargo van and refused to show the so called damage. The cargo van never went in a non clearance area and no one went on the roof. They stated we could see the records but when we went in to obtain no way again would so use the reported damage.The manager was absolutely terrible and did not provide any assistance.Worst Uhaul experience of life and will never return nor recommend to anyone.

In general bad location show up today for an appointment for a trailer hitch made 2 weeks ago confirm the appointment the day before with location show up to the appointment feb 24 2023 they didn’t order my trailer hitch. Thank for wasting my time

Drove from an hour away for a hitch install that was booked and paid for online. Showed up and they said they have no mechanic and told me that I should’ve called to confirm to which I did but was on hold for over 20 mins and decided to disconnect. They made me wait while they served a customer who came in after me and had timings still available the same day I showed up online which is a major inconvenience for people booking and showing up to be canceled or rescheduled. When I walked in there was one girl doing nothing yet I was put on hold for over 20 mins on 2 occasions that day. Poor customer service

It was my first experience and this location staff provide a good service from the front desk and I felt that they are fully dedicated on their job. Vehicle in good condition and clean. It's perfectly served my purpose with a minimum cost. Thank you for your all the support.

Ekjyot jyoti is the worst representative who is not only racist but extremely rude and has no customer service whatsoever. She attempts to overcharge after you are waiting in the line for over 30 mins and refuses to provide her name. An employee such as this should not represent uhaul. Absolutely baffled that she works there and when asking for a manger you are told the manager doesn’t come in at all. Be very careful with this location.

I didn't find the counter service clerk overly friendly. And then when I went to the yard to collect my truck, the guy told me that I had to go and get it from where it was parked and bring it to the awning area. I thought that I was paying for service". This is a far cry from when I used to rent vehicles at this location. The staff needs to more helpful and actually provide customer service on a professional level."

Was smooth experience, went there on Monday to pick up van, took me 10 mins for everything. Customer service was nice and helpful. Overall experience was fine. Do check fuel gauge, kms, and any damage on vehicle before taking it.

Horrible experience at this specific location. Very unsatisfied customer that couldn't be more upset with the service provided. Made reservations 2 weeks prior and on the day of pick up I waited in line for almost 40mins to be served. Once it was my turn, the staff who was assisting me was very unprofessional, on her phone and was in her own world. On top of that very rude. She advised I had to come back 2 hours later which I did. Had to stand in line once again a 2nd time for almost 45min and finally another staff member assisted me with even more attitude then the first and rolled her eyes as she spoke to me. This location needs to do better with their employees. Shameful.

Not so smooth of an experience, came to return a truck and they sent us outside under the green canopy. Waited for about 15 minutes in the rain only to find out they could not find our truck in the system. So we were told to go back inside; wait in the line just for the teller to tell the same worker to register the vehicle back. Definitely not happy with the service.
