Happy I didn't end up completely switching to this clinic because I got bad vibes as soon as I stepped in and I was right. The doctor I saw was impatient and he was borderline rude to my family. I get that the older patients probably take a while to explain certain things but there's NO NEED for you to be rude/frustrated with them about it and make it so painfully obvious you're so annoyed they can't do it faster. He's most likely doing this to other older patients too and that pains me. Avoid this place at all costs.

The doctor takes very long to get to you and there are usually screaming, and crying children. Probably because they are scared of the doctors. I would be too. They are rude.Anyway, they’re not great to go to for anything psychological. It’d be better to find an actual psychologist or psychiatrist. Otherwise, they’re just okay.

Overall very bad, worst service. Mostly it’s the front counter staff, or over the phone, not one but many of them have poor attitude towards patients even just normal inquiries or conversations. They are rude and cannot talk normally or nicely. It seems it’s the clinic’s culture to act this way.Went there to update immunization records, the person at front counter carelessly faxed only one side of the record, not the two sides as needed. I ended up elsewhere to fax by myself.The doctor we saw never smile. It seems he is always moody or in bad mood.This clinic rating has shown the quality of their services. Try to avoid this inhuman place.

Doctors have no respect for their patient’ s time. They overbook so expect to wait at LEAST 2 hours.

Dr. Cao has been our family doctor for over 8 years. She is extremely caring, kind, patient and thoughtful. And the receptionists are nice and polite.

Vincent Kwong - the worst physician that I’ve ever met. Im actually wondering whether he had a proper professional training before he got his license. He didn’t allow people to book appointment to see him if it is not cancer or severe illness. Rude and unprofessional. Trying get free money without doing anything, and he cares nothing lol shame on him.

Expected minimum 4 hour wait time from appointment booking time. Dr Grace Trinh is unprofessional, said I was wasting her time when I had important questions. She is super inefficient, always overbooks clients hence 4h min wait time, and rushes you out as soon as she sees you. Would not recommend, would give 0 stars if possible.

Please do yourself a favour and find a real professional physician. This clinic breaches a long list of unethical boundaries. One particular physician at this clinic is known to abuse her patients verbally by constantly yelling and insulting them, which varies depending on her temperament during the day. Not only is this incredibly unprofessional but should definitely be reported to the CPSO. For anyone looking to come here, do yourself a favour and find another clinic. And to anyone that is currently a patient, I highly recommend changing to a different clinic as well.

To Dr. Vincent Kwong: Never have I met a doctor that absolutely have no interest in your well being. Not once have I had a family doctor where I had to argue with them every single phone call, with your opinions shut down. I was assigned this doctor since Dr. Ho retired. Dr. Ho in comparison was what a doctor should be and a medical professional. I have a history of Herpes facial outbreak, and I went to my local walk-in clinic to seek help since it was extremely painful and I was able to get same day service and antiviral medication. I was told by this so called Doctor that I should follow up with the walk-in over and over again, even when I told him I just got prescription refill since they have my record, and it's through online with the doctors changing every time (Used MCI Connect). I told him my local physical walk-in they did a swap test a few years back to verify it's herpes, and he continuously said Okay if you say it is." I then requested whether I can get a blood test or blood allergy test since I have a history of eczema/skin rashes as well
