Very spacious rooms and good amenities. Could be better lit around the microwave / fridge area. Breakfast a little disappointing but acceptable.

Large well decorated room. Good breakfast including sausage and eggs. Front desk personnel were kind to my daughter as she tried out her French.

The rooms are very outdated, the bed however was comfortable. Room 156 the patio door had a broken lock and the lockbar needed to be in place to ensure safety. Absolutely no housekeeping, no clean towels, no coffee pod replacement. The breakfast selection was very poor, fresh fruit would have been appreciated.The staff upon check in and out were very pleasant. The outdoor area was well kept.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Trois-Rivières.

I have been staying in this hotel time to time since 2021 and our min stay is a week due to work. Front desk staff are great. We love Marianne who always welcomes us with smiles. Definitely recommended!
