Sport Chek

Not happy with the service. I visited this store today and looking for a silicon swim cap and ear buds. They didn’t have adult size. First guy was really helpful tried and looked if they have any in the back but couldn’t find stock so he told me to go to the other guy if he could help me. I asked this guy if other sports check location in the area has it. He didn’t make any efforts and told me to call the stores. I visited three sports check stores today two in Hamilton and one in Burlington. Other two were great except this location. Unfortunately, I’m not pleased with the service from this second guy.

The store was super dead and the two young woman behind the counter, were too busy texting and yawning. No pleases or thanks-you’s for the sale AND… had to carry out $500 worth of clothing into the rain?!? Are you kidding me!? Never again. Too much competition out there for this! It’s almost like these places just want Amazon to win … wow!

Instead of staff working, they were fixing hair and popping zits on the sales floor in the mirror texting on their phones instead of cashing people out and yes personal phones not anything related to online shopping, all talking in groups, managers need to take a step back and make some changes, instead of cashing the customers out the cashier was more worried about her break then doing so and even asking the manager on duty while serving us kinda sad

I went to buy dumbbells for Black Friday but didn’t plan on getting over 100 pounds to my car from the mall…especially since I have a partially torn meniscus in my knee at the moment.LUCKILY a wonderful employee named Samar grabbed a dolly & helped me transport the weight with ease.Samar was a consummate gentleman & I hope this review will help him get a promotion! Had an excellent experience buying new shoes here today. Its been over a year since I bought new ones. The guy in the shoe department was extremely knowledgeable on all the shoes in the store. He was very patient and got me multiple pairs from the back to try. I appreciate how much time he put into helping me find the right pair. Definitely recommend this store.

I ordered items worth around $150 online that were delivered but stolen. I called the company THREE times over a period of 3 weeks for help with no one doing anything. I did not receive an email reply until over 3+ weeks, only to get told they will not replace the items or give me a refund despite giving them proof the items were stolen (police incident #). They have horrible customer service. Know that if you don't receive your items, they won't compensate you in any way, so don't bother ever trusting them as a company. I also ordered from another company who's items were stolen that same day and they resolved this issue within the SAME day and sent me a replacement package within the SAME week. This is how you keep customers. Please tell others about this experience as I will be telling everyone I know to not shop at this company again.

Roman is a fantastic and caring employee. I came into the store a little on edge due to a work problem and thanks to this young mans hospitality and knowledge he made my day. He answered my questions in full and made me more confident in my purchase. Recommending him for future promotions !

Employees are very kind and helpful at this location. The store is very well maintained, organized and always looks clean.

Very poor customer svc at cash. This cashier Cassidy I dealt with was extremely full of attitude and arrogance. Very disappointed that racism still so openly shown and practiced on. Hope store manager and regional manager gets to read it and address it.
