This company employs allot of subcontractors and their service manager has no professionalism nor understanding of customer service .When I was shopping at Bureau en Gros ( Staples) in Quebec , the service electrician was not polite and said an unpleasant comment while I was shopping . I reported the issue to the store manager and we also filed a complaint with Staples Head office .STAY AWAY

I can't speak to the quality of the work they provide, but I can tell you the prices are unreasonable. First of all, it's a two-hour minimum charge for the first visit, at $110 an hour. Then on top of that there is a $75 truck fee" just for the technician to bring their tools. If the technician can't resolve the problem during that visit
