Great staff who are always ready to help and to spend the time explaining the care plan for your pet. I’ve been here a few times with our puppy and I always feel well cared for, never rushed and that they have the pet’s best interest at heart (NOT the up charge)

Normally, they were fine; except when we needed them the most. when I called to let them know I thought it was time to put down our beloved 15 year old dog I was told I would get a call back by my regular vet to discuss when I could bring my dog in. I never heard back and went with an in-home service instead. I will never deal with this vet hospital again.

How do your hours of operation help anybody? I've been trying to get medication for my dog but I have to take a day off just to get it? Being open only during the hours that 90% of the population works and no weekends is NOT helpful to me or my pet. This is really pushing me to find a new vet.

We started bringing Rosie here as soon as we got her and have had nothing but incredible service here. Our pup has been well taken care of and all of the staff are awesome. We trust them completely with our little lady.Her spay was an easy experience and we were kept up to date and well informed on her progress through the procedure

I can’t stress enough on the exceptional service that I’ve received over the years from Manotick Veterinary Hospital. The staff there are truly professionals, they’re extremely passionate about their field and they absolutely adore your pets.Everyone in the establishment are extremely helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. In addition, I find that their pricing is very reasonable for vaccinations and pet supplies too.I highly recommend bringing your pets into this establishment.

I've been using this vet hospital since we got our first rescue 6 years ago and they've been nothing but fantastic. We've used them for check up's regularly and the odd emergency appointment when needed and they've always been very accommodating. Had an issue with my dog just recently. Called the office when they opened at 9am Was in seeing the vet by 11am. Friendly staff and doctors all around Greatly recommend.

Worst service ever provided here!!!! The ( part owner ) as she likes to call her self is extremely rude, very condescending- I would never take my animal there. Beware!!! Awful vet clinic
