Had a bring a friend promo so my roomate invited me to come along. It was my first experience with botox. They were super kind and made sure I had no concerns before continuing with the process.To book the session was also super simple, I just sent them a message on Facebook messenger and voila.They also offer pre & post consultation via video so you don't actually have to go in just for a 15 minute consultation.Friendly team, super clean, and had no issues with my injections. Overall great experience, thank you!

I went to Insitut MedicoDerme for the first time last week. My cousin had spoken very highly of the staff and service. Although I had already heard great things about them the experience completely exceeded expectations. From the second you walk in the receptionist Anick made you feel welcome and it was as if we had known each other for years rather than just meeting. Chantal was beyond amazing. Her knowledge, professionalism, and compassion was truly one of a kind. You felt how sincere she was and you know she has your best interest at heart. I walked in with 1000 questions, however I didn't even need to ask a single one. Chantal made sure to explain everything in such depth, that I had no remaining questions. I loved that i received a text message from Anick the day following my procedure to ensure that everything was fine and to see if any questions had come up. I would highly recommend Insitut MedicoDerme!

Came here for my first time getting fillers from the recommendation of a friend. Was super nervous but Chantal did an amazing job of putting me at ease & explaining the entire process & ensuring I was comfortable. The entire team was super welcoming & knowledgeable. They even followed up via text message a few days later to ensure everything was healing as it should. Looking forward to coming back for more treatments!
