Would definitely recmmond this jewelery store. I went in to get my necklace fixed, amazing cuetomer service, over and beyond! She did a fantastic job cleaning the pendant up! It looks brand new again! The necklace was given to me from my dad, who had passed away, so today meant a lot to me. Thanks Towns Jewellers!

I dropped two watched off for batteries and they were fixed asap. Amazing service. I highly recommend going here.

I contacted Town,s to see if they had a service available to go to the local hospital to remove some rings from my brother,s fingers who was a patient. They said that they could. So they went to tackle that task. They actually had to make 3 trips to complete this. On my way to visit my brother i stopped by the store to pay them for their service but they wouldn't take any payment from me.They said they were just happy to help out. Jeweller equivalent of a sleazy used car dealer. Bought an engagement ring here in March of 2022. They were happy to take my money then but when the ring fell apart 1 year and 1month later they refused to fix it. Keeping in mind with sizing and appraisal and engraving it was in their possession for two months of that 1yr. Bought from small town business as I expected a lot more integrity from the owner. He told us there was no physical damage to the ring but refused to stand behind his product. Lesson learned. Do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable jeweller. Would be zero stars if google allowed.

Went in looking for some earrings for myself and Mike picked out the same ones I had my eyes on. The staff are very welcoming and the atmosphere is not at all uncomfortable. I will definitely be returning!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!I'm going to try and keep this as short as possible but my husband purchased my engagement ring from them in March 2022. May 2, 2023 I looked down and my centre stone was missing from my ring. I went to the store to see the owner and was treated like I had done something wrong. It was JUST past the 1 year warranty they have and they said there was clearly nothing wrong with the ring because there were zero signs of damage etc to the prongs. With that, they kept it for over a week, making it so that I had to constantly contact them only to tell me that they wouldn't replace the ring for me and that it must have broken. Please note that within the last year(and two months) they had it in their possession atleast 3 times for sizing, appraisal and soldering at which time, if there was anything wrong with the ring they should have noticed. The duration of those times in their possession I have to guess at being a total of 2 months or more. I have to guess because they also refused to print me off copies of my work orders when I had requested them. This ring was one of the most expensive and meaningful things I had and the jeweller who sold it to my husband left us hanging when we needed them.

We had Ash design our engagement ring here and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. She was professional and informative and helped us design a ring that will look great forever.
