My Can Am Spyder RTL was acting up on a Friday while on vacation, 1000km from home. I pulled into GVP on a Friday. Without an issue, they had my bike fixed up and rolling within hours. They did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable. I am so grateful for the amazing service. Thank you so much!!

Bought a 2017 can am Maverick 1000r turbo from these guys a few years back. The salesman i believe was Cam and he was a great guy and good to deal with, although i don't believe he works here anymore. I never had an issue with anything they always helped me service my sis and the sales process was very nice as well. It was my first time financing anything and they made it very easy for me and provided my machine to me at a fair cost. However i would like to see GVP toss in a few things when you spend upwards of 20k on a machine it would be cool to have them throw in a t-shirt or gloves or whatever it may be, i think that would help bring the service over the top and really make customers feel appreciated.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Service staff are all quite rude, unhelpful. Front door guy at desk doesn’t greet people coming in, the sales people all glued to their phones. Service department in the back aren’t wearing masks.Anyways back to my review otherwise, when I went to pick up my sled after inspection there was a part missing off my dash (cover plate) I brought it to their attention and the service people in back are trying to tell me that it came like that. Absolutely not. I ended up talking with the service tech who confirmed working on my sled, and that he misplaced it or they couldn’t find it.issue has still never been resolved, they never followed up on replacing my missing part. I will never recommend GVP Chilliwack to anybody.

Great customer service, the sales staff are great, the parts department always has what you need and can get parts brought in quickly. The service is excellent and they always give you constant updates on your repair.

It was an amazing experience . All staff members were polite , nice and very cooperative. LT was very helpful throughout buying process. We got our amazing 2021 ride Ryker Rally will all required accessories.Few things we still have to buy online Parking brake lock, fuel tank lock, better audible horn, forward and reverse gear lever grip etc. This list depends upon your preferences too.Hypothetically Break in period is around 300km and you might see noticeable smoke from front compartment which is normal as per dealer's experience.This place is highly recommended and they will not deal with you in rush or will force you to pay upfront or make you buy right away. They will guide you and then sail you through entire process.Good job guys keep it up CHEERS :)

Being from out of province and on vacation Dave and the service crew at GVP we’re able to get my Seadoo up and running in less than 4 hours. Other shops were booking a week or two out for an impeller / wear ring changeout. The service was outstanding and GVP Has a huge inventory of replacement OEM parts. I wish I could give them 10 stars.Thank you Dave for saving our lake vacation. Unbelievable service!

A great place to obtain competent, fair priced, reliable service for your quad and ATV. The servive department and staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They fix what needs to be repaired, conduct a comprehensive inspection and provide oral and/or written summaries of what the true condition is for your machine. They advise as to what repairs should be attended to immediately and those that can wait to be remedied in the future. They're cognizant of cost, timely service delivery and they're commited to ensuring your machines are safe and reliable. The staff has changed over the years and keeps getting better all the time. I have been a loyal customer for ten years and have bought three new machines from them and have had all the maintenance, service and repairs done at this dealership. If you want your machines to be reliable when you're a hundred clicks up in the bush and away from camp, you should definitely have your machines serviced here in Chilliwack.
