JCY Jewellery Swarovski at First Markam Place

I was looking for a new ring for myself. Nothing tacky or over the top but still unique and stands out. I went into JCY jewellery at first Markham to browse around. Nice, clean environment. I was greeted right away when I walked in. I described what I was looking for to Gigi and she told me there was nothing available in person that met my requirements and requests so she recommended a custom made ring. She went over all the details patiently and tailored everything to my requests. The details were done first shot, first visit. The ring was made and ready to be picked up within a week. I was amazed when I picked it up. It was better than I expected. Good quality craftsmanship. Look stunning. I was very pleased. Overall experience was top notch. Excellent service, excellent craftsmanship, and great pricing! I highly recommend JCY for custom jewelry!

The team at JCY did a phenomenal job with my SO's setting. From entering the store and talking to the representatives, I knew I was in the right store. The ring turned out better than I imagined. A hidden gem. They have some very unique pieces. They also have a great variety to choose from. The service is great. Gigi was very attentive to my questions and was able to choose pieces that would interest me and my personality.
