!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!I asked for Apple care and they sold me Telus Care. They even went as far as to send me an email titled “apple care confirmation” with telus care attached in the also falsely labeled PDF titled “apple care”. This location is a bunch of scammers and it took me weeks to get their error sorted out with the Telus National customer service line.

I had not only the very best shopping but as well amazing customer service here. I can not say enough appreciation to my Telus agent SAEID! A treasure and one of the finest anywhere to be had. Congratulations SAEID and crew.

I am extremely pleased by an agent, Adam’s customer service fixing my phone problems! He was very knowledgeable of resolving the issues quick but also patient and empathetic of making me feel better. I recently decided to upgrade my phone and Telus service plan and was extremely pleased with the service I received at the Lougheed Mall storefront. Kirkland, the service-rep who worked with me, was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, patient and thorough. Kirkland was also very interesting, which was a bonus since it was a fairly lengthy procedure to complete. I love my new phone, I am pleased with the terms of my new service plan, and I am confident that I can drop by for help and advice as I get used to the changes ... I’ve done so once already.

I have never seen anyone working so slowly. I will pay 1 bill, they make me wait in line for 2 hours. Also definitely fire the skinhead guy that works there he is being very rude. The shop doesn't even deserve 1 star because of the employee.

Customer service rep was nice and quite helpful but the expensive screen saver they put on my phone didn't last a week before it fell off. When I phoned about it the person I spoke with was rude and condescending. What a huge waste of money that was.

Worst service sever. Waited in line for almost 2 HOURS for a SIMPLE QUESTION! Couldn’t get through to Telus customer service on the phone because everything is automated, God forbid we can actually speak to a human customer service representative in this day and age. No, instead I got redirected to their “virtual assistant” text. After trying for 10 times to get through to an actual person, I got frustrated and gave up. Only to walk into a Telus store, with 2 employees working helping two people. How in the world does it take 1hr and 45 mins to help 2 customers?! Outrageous. If your staff are that incompetent, at least have a wait list sign in that text you when it’s your turn (like other competent locations) so that waiting customers can actually go about their day and come back when it’s their turn. Such an infuriating experience. Oh and when it was finally my turn, the staff member wasn’t even able to help or answer my question. Waste of time. Avoid Telus at all costs!

I had one of the most pleasant mobile phone retail experiences I've ever had shopping at this location. Saeid and his manager Jayson went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and that I left happy. Customer retention in our post COVID environment is really important for businesses - especially ones in retail spaces.
