Have just purchased a pair of new mattresses in anticipation of transitioning to a split king adjustable bed later down the road. I had visited Sleep Country and Mattress Mattress a couple times each and decided to check out this small family owned business at the last minute. So glad I did! Instantly felt valued as a real person and not just the next potential commission when I walked in. I was thoroughly listened to and presented with a couple of great options. Never to make a decision lightly about a mattress, I went home and returned a few days later and spent the better part of an hour going back and forth between two models, never once feeling rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. The mattresses were delivered in a week and by the same person who sold them to me! You cannot get a more personal shopping experience in town :) Too early to tell whether I’ve chosen the right mattresses but as far as customer service goes, I will only return to Sleepy’s for all future mattress needs for our family. Thank you!

I can highly recommend this store for your adjustable bed purchase. I really needed one in a hurry to accommodate my sister after a serious injury.Carling sent me a great description of the product that was available. She booked it for us after a long day of deliveries for her delivery guys and the owner, Geoff, ( I think), brought the bed to the house along with the service guys and helped in the installation.There were polite, professional and took away all the packaging of the product. Very efficient.They did a great job. They also sell great Murphy Cabinet Beds.

The White Bark “Poppy” Cabinet bed I purchased was delivered as promised - on time and professionally set up. They took great care in making sure it was square and that I understood how to open/close it. Great Jon guys!!

I have purchased two latex mattresses from Sleepy's. Both experiences were amazing! Geoff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he supported me in getting the best mattress for my specific needs. I've slept on traditional mattresses for years and when I upgraded to Iron Man or Pure Energy line of mattresses it changed my life quality dramatically, both in quality of sleep and supporting my health back needs. Sleepy’s was recommended by my daughter, she bought a bed two years ago and really likes it, I went and spoke to Carling she was very knowledgeable we tried different beds and bought two queen size. Jeff, Kevin and ADEN delivered our beds took the old ones away they were professional and very polite I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if you are looking for a bed GO TO SLEEPY’S

Exceptional personal service and great selection of mattresses. No high pressure sales tactics. Kevin asked questions and really listened to make sure we were matched up to the perfect product for our needs. Delivery was prompt, efficient and friendly.
