New Dawn Doggie Daycare

New Dawn Doggie Day Care has been a fabulous experience for our family and our beloved pet. We have a large breed dog and Dawn has been amazing at helping train him and groom him to a professional standard. We have been using this daycare for 3 years and have never had a complaint. She has boarded our dog and we fully trust her. Our dog has done nothing but flourished within this daycare. As for the previous negative posting. I am surprised that someone who claims to have a law firm posts such things. I have no problem with people complaining about the service industry, but when people stoop to personal slander as this so called lawyer has, it shows a lack of moral fabric and professional ethics . Really, who would want a customer like that. I would like to dig something up on her and direct people towards that in a public post but I would never lower myself to that sort of selfish behaviour. Please don't confuse a personal direction to someones past with what they are providing today. Dawns Doggie daycare is a great service for your pet and I fully recommend itThanks DawnSteve Kain

I have a fantastic experience with New Dawn Doggie Daycare. My princess -Xena has been daycare every Wednesday since 3 years ago. The daycare is not only provide the care services, Dawn, the owner is a professional trainer. I am very surprised that my Xena is very well behave while she is playing and socializing with other dogs. Of cause,She is different story at home... We have been clients of New Dawn Doggie Daycare for over seven years. Chloe, our 12 1/2 year old Springer Spaniel, who has health (diabetes) and behaviour issues, has benefitted greatly from visiting Dawn once a week. We don't plan holidays unless Dawn is able to take care of Chloe while we are away. We would not leave her with anyone but Dawn as we know that Chloe is in the best possible care. Dawn is truly amazing with all the dogs. The exercise and training she does with them is excellent.

My dog has been going here since he was a puppy. Not only does he LOVE going he's also improved his behaviour and social skills with both dogs and people. This daycare is amazing!

Dawn offers awesome care for dogs. Our dogs have been going regularly to daycare for the past 6 years. They love to go and we love the fact that she takes them out for long walks and they come home tired and ready to relax. They also enjoy socializing with all the other dogs at the daycare. At the daycare the dogs are very well supervised and safe.We have also had our dogs groomed by Dawn and she does an excellent job at a great price. She treats them with care and respect and they are never stressed about being groomed and come home looking great. If we are away Dawn is the only person that we will trust with the care of our four-legged family members. She cares for each of the dogs as though they are her own.Dawn is a certified trainer and is wonderful at training and has helped solve several behaviour issues for us.I feel that I need to address one or two of the assumptions and innuendos in the review by Amanda Rose. I have to wonder what she is trying to achieve. Not what I expect from a professional!!I have found Dawn to be totally honest and very diligent about mentioning anything that she has observed with the dogs. The main daycare area is kept clear for the younger dogs and those that like to run around and play. Beyond this area are 3 smaller rooms which are warm and cosy and have thick rubber flooring, beds, open crates and spots for more mature dogs to rest after their walk without being disturbed by the younger pups. You only have to ask and Dawn will happily take you through to see these areas. The dogs are not crated except for a few minutes to keep them safe and always in the main area, say while Dawn talks to an owner picking up. We do not all have an office across the street or an assistant to pick up our dogs!! The reason Dawn asks to know what time a dog is being picked up is that parking can be difficult and for a lot of us time is in short supply. She would rather have your dog ready for you and be able to tell you how their day at daycare has been and answer any questions you may have.Dawn offers amazing care and we totally recommend her to anyone looking for the best care for their dog.

STAY FAR AWAY. Dawn is very unprofessional. When you initially get her on the phone, she seems very friendly and personable, but over time you learn that she’s self-absorbed, ignorant, rude, opinionated, catty, and a complete waste of your time. Whenever I called, she talked non-stop for over an hour, without letting me get a word in, about things that were for the most part irrelevant to me. She raved about how long she’d been running her “business”, how “professional” she is, how many clients she has, etc. But once she gets you hooked and you dish out the cash, you quickly learn that the talk was all BS. I’ve never been more disappointed with a daycare provider in all my years of using this type of service. If you’re going to support someone’s business, do it for someone who actually deserves your money.
