David Eby, your proposal to leave allowable rents below rate of inflation shows how out of touch you are with the processes of the community echo system. This proposal you are suggesting will ensure that less housing will be available to rent. Hope you can live with that. And you shouldn't be an MLA as you have obviously not taken the time to understand the economy of housing.

Idiotic Carbon Tax policy! Is the NDP government that causes the high inflation and make it persistent since most of the items rely on gas price like groceries that needs to be transported. The result? High interest rate. As the fed is trying to combat inflation by increasing the interest rate. More people can't afford to keep the property, sell their property and move to rental. developer stops building, while immigration keep on going = more people coming, all together congesting the rental market that's already low in vacancy, driving the rate high = back to high inflation. Domino effect. It's the government that causes the high inflation.

Thanks to him I was screwed out of fair compensation for a car accident I was in. A women blew through a stop sign and t-boned me on the driver side. It completely messed up my life and left me without a car. He is to blame as this law he made protects that women who made a choice to ignore the rules of the road and could have killed me, more than it protects me.

Very kind and charismatic leader who’s willing to listen and help those in need. He is family and career oriented and I have full trust that he will be able to tackle the issue of homelessness and direct those living encampment to proper shelters.

An opportunist and nothing else. Very disappoint in Eby and this government for the mess they create with the RTB sacrificing landlords and expecting us to act like charities. I have always voted NDP but I have lost faith in this government. Government is supposed to represent all the people and not just pander for votes. Being a landlord in BC is a loosing game.

Against all odds, David and the NDP are making positive impact to lives of British Columbians, reducing corruption, increasing ethics/accountability. The government, and David, are focused on improving lives of majority of British Columbians, not only the elite, wealthy, or corporations. It is not an easy task as the elite, wealthy, corporations control the media and have the budget to sway public opinion to their interests. I'm very impressed with David and the NDP and it continually reminds me on what makes Canada a better place. It is not possible for an MLA to satisfy all constituents, however David is working on trajectory that will lift the province to a better, fairer, less corrupt, more ethical place.

I didn't want to give him any stars but it forces you or you can't post...I am writing to you to express my concern about the impact of the carbon tax on family affordability, particularly in these inflationary times. The cost of living has been steadily rising, and families are finding it increasingly difficult to make ends meet. The added burden of the carbon tax is exacerbating this situation, and I urge you to consider the implications of this tax on families. The carbon tax was introduced with the goal of reducing our carbon footprint and addressing climate change. While this is an important goal, we cannot overlook the impact that this tax is having on families. With the rising cost of goods and services, families are struggling to afford even the basic necessities of life. The carbon tax is making it even more difficult for families to make ends meet.We need to find a way to balance our environmental goals with the affordability needs of our citizens. We cannot simply continue to increase taxes without considering the impact on families. We need to look for alternative ways to address climate change that do not place such a heavy burden on families.I urge you to consider the implications of the carbon tax on family affordability and take action to address this issue. Families should not be forced to choose between paying for basic necessities and reducing their carbon footprint. We need to find a solution that works for everyone.

Well I have been NDP all my voting life but I won't be voting NDP as long as Mr. Eby is premier because he's the reason ICBC is so biased for the corporation rather than being fair to the residents of BC.
