It was not busy, I ordered very clearly and as I waited an extra ten minutes because the barista made a mistake on the previous order, I finally get mine and it’s also not what I ordered. When I told the barista this their reaction was “oh”. I’m not sure who runs this place but you need more efficient staff. I ordered a passion tea lemonade.

I have come to this location for a few years and have always felt the staff is genuine and not customer service robots. Breanna the best Barista of all time was recently promoted to the stores manager position so the store can only get better. There is no 6 star option so I guess 5 will do.

Miss the old staff members. All were so friendly and made amazing drinks! All the new employees don’t seem to be trained properly and my coworkers and I have ended up with multiple coffees which are burnt or the milk has curdled (steamed too hot). We’ve given more second chances than we should’ve. I’ll only go in now for the food as that’s already prepared it just needs to be warmed up.

The first Starbucks I’ve ever been to that doesn’t have black tea lemonade claiming it’s seasonal. Um, I get it at my usual locations all year round. Then I proceed to ask for 2 pup cups. They can’t do that cause they put chocolate in their whip cream. What kind of Starbucks is this. What a joke. They got a 5$ tip for LITERALLY NOTHING. Never will be back to the bogus location ever again.

Ordered through app to pick up here.Specified to get decaf iced espresso with light ice. The staff still gave me a full cup of ice with my espresso (I wonder how much ice would there be if I get normal ice).This happens quite often here at this location and I don’t normally complain about this. However, today they actually served me caffeinated espresso instead of decaf. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DANGEROUS.

Only managed to make my dry venti cappuccino on the second attempt. And then half a cm of foam missing. And forgot to add the whipped cream on my wife's order :-(

Had a good experience at this Starbucks, drinks and food came in a timely manner and perfectly made. The staff are really friendly and sociable. They are always on top of everything, make perfect drinks, and are always ensuring the cleanliness of the shop. I found the ambience to be relaxing as they were playing nice music. Great place to study (plugs available as well), lots of seating and good environment

My fiancé and I ordered two scones, and two iced chai tea lattes.One of the girls got our order mistaken but she was super sweet and let us keep our other drinks, and re made our drinks again. Her service was great :) so I would give 5 stars for her.But the scones on the other hand, is why we are rating a 1. Unfortunately him and I had a really bad stomach ache from eating our two scones. So bad that my pregnant self thought for a sec that maybe I just had a bad bowel movement lol. My partner also had a huge stomach ache too, and we’re still aching together now :(
