Always out of items in the later evening. Always having to wait in a parking spot for your food. The other day I ordered 2 smoothies and got told I had to pull over and wait for the mangos. Really not even a true excuse. Just Always backed up.

2023 June 3★This McDonald's sets itself apart from others as it's off the main streets. A real neighborhood type of McDonald's right beside a park and offering permanent outdoor tables - nice!The staff is ok. Though seem very junior as they were not able to resolve my issue and the management didn't know how to override things.Walk up counter available.Drive through available.Parking available

Food quality is good and premises are clean. Definitely check your order as others have suggested. Did a breakfast order today and they made three mistakes on it (one of which was in our favour) during a very not busy morning. They seem quite careless.

Typical McDonald's fare, fast and cheap. Service is hit or miss. I'm normally taking the drive through. Sometimes they have you pull forward and wait, sometimes there's a 7-8 car lineup, and sometimes it's no delay.

It’s fairly slow waited 15 minutes to receive my order . The employees are friendly the eating space is not very clean and isn’t being whipped on a continual basis . Food is so so has better at other locations . Facility does have wifi . Their prices keep increasing due to inflation I assume . The coffee is good .

It was a fast drive-thru visit for a cold drink on my last visit. Years ago, it was too much noise, and I had a lack of customer care when ordering to sit inside. I stopped going inside due to the experiences. Hopefully, it's better now.

Quality of food is inconsistent, sometimes its perfect sometimes its a sloppy mess. Definitely check your bag because they sometimes forget your napkins, forks, straws and food items

The Worst, closes to early and always out of things. McDonalds is a disgrace across the board now anyways… catering to Uber more than a guest experience!? Shameful.

If zero stars could be selected, even that would be a courtesy.The customer service at this location is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen at a popular fast food chain like McDonald’s.I pickup a lot of fast food orders, as a part time Uber Eats driver.Watching a store staff or manager treat a customer like complete trash for attempting to pickup their order was a surprising and disgusting experience.The McDonalds app will shamelessly allow a customer to place an order after the dining room is closed, even if they do not have a vehicle to pickup their order in the drive thru.So this customer goes to the pickup window, where Uber Eats pickup their orders.A courteous and punctual staff would have made the easy and time-saving decision to simplyProvide this customer with her order at the pickup window.Instead, I watched this staff repeatedly attempt to humiliate and belittle this poor customer, who just wanted to pickup their order, when the kitchen is closed, and they don’t have a vehicle for drive thru. Not to mention, the drive thru at this time is so busy the lineup is spilling into the street.The McDonalds staff couldn’t even confirm for the customer that drive thru would provide their order if they attempt pickup without a vehicle. And since this customer wasn’t an Uber Eats driver, the staff opted to repeatedly refuse to hand this paying customer their (now probably cold) order as an exception to their store’s awkward order experience. The staff actually expected this customer to stand in a lineup of over a dozen vehicles, which is already insanely dangerous to do, not to mention might appear awkward or even humiliating to the customer.I’ve never seen anything like this before. A paying customer finds the next best option to pickup an order and the store decides to waste everybody’s time with a frivolous power struggle that resulted in the customer becoming embarrassed and disheartened by this awful McDonald’s staff.Just the worst customer service. I’m shocked this restaurant would do that to someone. Nobody should ever have to be treated like that simply for trying to retrieve an order they already paid for at the pickup window, since they don’t have a vehicle to safely attend the drive thru, and the dining room is closed.McDonalds would rather do anything but their job when faced with a pickup order issue that is easy to solve within a short amount of time.Shame on McDonalds for making a customer have to endure such a disgusting and reprehensible customer service experience.

This location is far the best. Even though I have a location close to home, this location is the best. From customer service to fresh food. Sonia and Shelly are the best. It is delightful to hear their voice in the morning for the drive thru. If your order is not correct. They make it up to you.
