Raintree Irrigation & Outdoor Systems

I wish I could rate only 0 stars. Have been with Raintree for 2 years, this summer would be 3 years. Unfortunately common to have them cancel 2-3 or even 4 times with no real explanation. Almost July and we haven't been able to get someone to open the system. Usually a cancellation without informing me of a reschedule as well. This is after spending multiple thousands of dollars with them last year for an overall of our system. Many of the technicians are pleasant but variable levels of expertise (Steve is excellent), but almost all complain that the office staff are not coordinated, haven't provided them with enough information, and the technicians are feeling office staff are driving the business into the ground (at least 3 have mentioned this). There is a total lack of professionalism at the office. We, and a few other neighbors who used Raintree are switching. This is a clearly failing business, but unfortunately deserves to fail.

I have dealt with Raintree Irrigation for 5 yrs. now. I have had great customer service and only friendly knowledgeable service people have come to my home. Very good, honest pricing. Very accommodating.

Had a technician come by and could not figure out why our water pressure was so low. He didn't have a water pressure gauge so he couldn't test the pressure and just gave up. You would think that as Irrigation specialists they would have faucets, and tools to do a proper assessment and repair. Instead they simply charged me $200+ and left.

Top marks to Raintree technicians Kyle and in particular Ron…..both great representatives of this Irrigation System Company.Our sprinkler system was installed years ago by the contractor who did our landscaping when we first moved into our home. We’ve been using Raintree since then to blow out the lines of our sprinkler system.This May a local cable company cut one of our sprinkler lines. We notified the cable company and contracted Raintree to repair the line.Kyle from Raintree was the technician who repaired the line for us. He did a great job and was personable and courteous.We’d also spoke to Raintree about the issue with our panel. Technician Ron from Raintree came out to diagnose the issue. Ron knew his stuff inside and out and within a short period of time had diagnosed the issue as being corrosion on the exterior connector wires on the valves in our box. Ron fixed that issue and then tested the system for me as well as replacing a broken rotor that had been on the fritz for a few years.Ron also returned later the same day when I had an issue (user error) with programming my panel. Ron went through the whole process with me and ensured I was well acquainted with the features of the system before he left.Lastly the price I paid for this work & service was very competitive.

Moved into a new house. And called Raintree to assist in opening the system. The customer service was great. They arrived on time and showed me how to use the system and answered any question. Jaime is always helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend them.

I work for a custom homebuilder in Norfolk County called Prominent Homes. We hired Rain Tree to complete the irrigation in a 26 townhouse condo complex we built in Waterford, ON. The condos were completed in phases and thus was the irrigation too. Steve and his team (Shane) worked hard to get each zone set up correctly. They made the necessary trips back to Waterford to get things done right as this was a complicated project and I had homeowners add things not planned along the way.Big shout out to Steve for his patience and perseverance to get our project set up. Great customer service! Thank you!

I’ve dealt with Raintree on my previous home and my current home. We dealt with Paul from Raintree and he is professional and knowledgeable. At my current home, he designed a system that fit our needs, as well as being able to be expanded to meet future plans. If you’re looking for an irrigation company that you can trust will do a great job, give Raintree a call.

Bob did a great job on our sprinkler maintenance today. He was detailed and walked through all the adjustments he made and also made recommendations to prevent future problems. I was impressed and would recommend their services.

Bad Customer ServiceI did not get any service from this company and I do not want to either.One of their drivers knocked over my kids basketball net. He was not expecting me to be watching but I was. The driver in the van proceeded to get out of his van and yell at me saying that it was my fault. He did not say sorry and drove away without helping me put it back up.I would not want this person working on or around my property.
