Huge parking lot at the back of the restaurant which is a bonus. Because most of my friends drive. The servers were being very helpful from the beginning on ordering.Will come back again

Everything was just okay, they had a wide variety of meats but there was no lamb. Also the meat skewer cuts were thin, small, and not high quality.

Enjoyed a nice two-soup meal. We looked the ability to have charge by the skewer model, which have a bit more variety for what we could order. Kid friendly!

Located in a very unassuming spot, a bit set back from Kinsgway. This hot pot place has a bank of refrigerators that you can pick all of your skewers from (but you can also order items like the Prime beef slices of the deep fried buns with condensed milk.We picked a Tom Yum broth along with their special mixed bone broth. The tom yum was quite spicy but their special mixed bone broth was quite good.Things add up quickly because you pay per skewer (they add up how nanny skewers you had at the end of your meal). Their sauce station is also extra and our meal for 2 came up to about $100.Liked their fish-shaped fish tofu and the passion fruit drink. Pretty good skewer selection. A bit too much cilantro in the beef and cilantro skewer.Interior had a bit of a cave-like vibe despite it being rather spacious. Service was friendly enough.

The place is very conveniently located near metrotown area but has free parking in 2 parking lots next to it. There was no line and the food was pretty good quality for an authentic china hotpot place. They have a lot of things I look for that make a real hotpot restaurant great - plenty options at an open sauce bar, self-order menu QR code, self-serve to pick skewers and dishes up (color coded like the system in conveyor belt sushi restaurants), skewer hotpot in combo with fried/cooked snack options, and finally superior service from well-mannered staff. If you are a foodie you have to come here !

We ate in this place and hot pot broth was too spicy although we choose less spicy. The staff just add bone broth but still spicy. The scewer have bones with little meat. The sauce have charged and if you shared with other persons, there will be additional charges on how many persons will share the sauces. We will not eat on this restaurant.

Hidden gem located on Kingsway. The soup base was very flavourful. Lots of choices in food selections. Definitely gets busier as it gets later. If you don’t want to line up, make sure to go earlier. Service was attentive and good. Will definitely be back.

Came to Hot Pot Master for Father's Day dinner.Restaurant is spacious, bright and clean. Staff is very friendly and very helpful in explaining the menu and the specials. Loved the fact that it's self serve. You pick the broth, be warned the Spicy broth, even less hot option is still very spicy!!!Than you go to the fridge section where all the food options are kept and take what you want. They charge per amount of skewers.Everything tasted great! Sorry for bad pictures. Was too busy eating that I forgot to take good pictures of the food we ordered.
