This is a evil company. When you deal with older people as they do, and they pass away some compassion will help but not from this embarrassment of a company they charge you next months rent. They said they had they problem before, of family asking why they would get charged, we'll no kidding. The family is in grief and you tell them that we are charging you for another month. Yes there was no month notice but REALLY just keep the damage deposit would be somewhat understandable. I can't wait to have someone ask me if they should go into one of there villages, I will flat out tell them no, unless you have give them 1 month notice before you die.
