The Burger's Priest

Probably the worse Burger Priest I've been too, or at least that day or visit. The store itself was dirty had to clean off my table as well as did the customer beside me. The floor itself looks like it haven't been mopped in a while very greasy even my son was complaining about sliding. The food was overly, over done . Pictures above show the fries basically was the scraps, bottom of the bag very annoying to eat, especially for a child, But there where also very hard as well as the where so well done. Paid for extra Bacon and as shown in the picture above it was so well done that it was black and beyond crispy that it shriveled to basically nothing. I don't know if it was just a bad day or that location but I definitely will not be returning to that location. And please clean your store. Staff serving me where quiet nice and pleasant but not enough to offset that overall experience . Which just was not it .Update Contacted the branch 5 days ago still no response to email, so service at this branch also remains below. Will update.

The Burger's Priest exceeded our expectations in terms of the food. The burgers; namely the High Priest, Noah's Ark and Vatican (all highly recommended) were juicy and flavorful, with fresh buns toasted to perfection, absolutely delicious! Also, there's a variety of toppings and sauces available to customize the burgers. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring satisfaction. Overall, the food was scrumptious and lived up to the reputation. They also served us freshly baked chocolate-chip cookies in the end which were just yummy!The place itself had a casual and inviting ambiance along with having a classic fast-food joint vibe with a modern twist; the atmosphere was simply great with comfortable seating, and the layout provided ample space for us to relax and enjoy our meal.The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit; from the moment we entered, we were greeted with warm smiles and prompt service. One of the employees, Waleed, offered helpful suggestions when we had questions. He took our orders accurately, and our food arrived in a timely manner. He even checked in on us periodically to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Their hospitality added to the overall positive dining experience.Exceptionally delicious food, excellent service. Highly recommended to those seeking a mouthwatering burger experience in a relaxed setting. Two thumbs up!

My husband Luca and I had a wonderful experience tonight at this location. Nick and Kunj provided great, friendly service (something that I feel is dying in todays age). The food was fresh like how it was in the early days of Burgers Priest. I’d be back to this location without a doubt.

The staff was outstanding! The timely manor of the food was WONDERFUL! The food was absolutely delicious in taste. Coming in as the sweet cherry on top, is the soft chocolate chip cookie that the staff served to each member of the group before we prepared to leave. Hands down, one of the best burger joints you’ll find in Toronto!

I had the best service from Devany. Super friendly and made a perfect mint chocolate shake! The cook was nice. It's always a great visit when staff are so welcoming. Best visit at a Burger's Priest ever!

I had the Holy Smokes burger and it was UNREALLLL!!! Sooo much flavour and the jalapeños set it off wonderfully along with chillin cheese fries which are to die for!! I will most definitely be back here soon! Service is second to non! Thanks guys!!!

Very average tasting burgers coupled with zero customer service….the kid behind cash couldn’t even properly greet customers…

I asked for no salt on the fries but they were super salty, my shake was sitting on the counter waiting for my food and melted, my burger (the high priest) had the top in the middle and the two outsides were bottoms.Oh and the bottom bun was completely mouldy.The guy offered to remake it but I lost my appetite and won’t be coming back. Too bad because we come every couple of weeks and the staff is normally pretty good, the two who are working tonight seem pretty over it.Not a great way to spend $30+

This my first time and it was an outstanding experience, Priest burger was so delicious and stern fries as well, definitely coming back.

Burger was great. I usually order it and it’s perfect but this time the mushroom patty was a bit over cooked.
