Pulled in and met Drew my sale dude. He was great and Knowles able as this is my first RV purchase. Al the financial guy was great. Justin made the financing part incredible easy and was very informative. Rob was great and showed me all the in and outs with the trailer. I’ve had a very pleasant experience with Travel land RV. As new travel trailer owners it was very difficult for us to figure out what trailer we wanted. We were more than happy with the service today as Toby was very detailed and informative with our orientation around our Geopro travel trailer. Getting the trailer insured was no headache as Justin was a big help and got it done on site. Great staff, friendly faces, amazing service. Highly recommend!

The gang at travel land rv was top notch from the moment we walked in to meeting our salesman Drew, who guided us through what we should know about picking the right trailer for us. Then the sales manager Travis was super helpful when drew had the day off with any questions we had, following up to Doug in the finance who worked some magic to get the payments into our budget, super relaxed and chill vibe. Then don’t forget Denis who took us through the walk through of this marvelous trailer. He made sure I knew how everything worked and went over all key points on the unit. Finally we have Sam in service who took care of our needs with the final touches. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks travel land let’s get camping.

I just bought a small RV from Traveland, Kelowna location, and am very pleased with my purchase, and help and tips I got from staff there, as a first time buyer. Dave and Rod were super helpful in giving me guidance, even days after; and were always available to my phone call questions. Justine at the finance department was very professional, and knows well how to make things work very smoothly. Thanks to all of you guys for your great work. If I ever decide to upgrade my RV, there wouldn't be any other place I would go.

From the first day onward, we’ve received unbelievable service and support for our first time RV purchase. From the ladies at the counter, to Dan to Justin to Toby we were treated first class all the way through the buying process. Toby is one of the most informed RV persons we’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He reassured us throughout our orientation that we could always call with any questions. The Kelowna Traveland RV Supercentre has been a pleasure to work with ever since we purchased our 2021 Tiffin Open Road from them. As soon as you step through the front doors of the store our favourite person Laura always comes to greet us and ask about our recent adventures. Any questions about products or parts they usually know the answer and if they don't they will try their best to research it or point us in the right direction. Our new Service Advisor Sam is a pleasure to work with. We appreciate her always following up with us about work orders as she knows we are very particular about our motorhome. We will and have recommended Traveland RV to our family and friends.
