Kids love getting the pink drinks and especially love having their names on the cup... But my 1 daughters is always wrong... If you didnt hear .. Ask.. Kids get excited/disappointed over the silliest stuff.

I think it needs to be said: the employees that were working at 11:40 on February 15 deserve a raise. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, warned me about the policy change for redeeming points and didn’t complain about my order being a bit weird. Plus we got a nice clean versatile and really they just left me with a great impression. When I’ll come back again I hope they will still be there.

Came to enjoy a coffee. Ha ha ha. No coffee brewed at 16:45? No dark roast, no Pike’s Place, no nothing? Oh, and no muffins either? Net time I go elsewhere.

Wonderful staff - my barista today, Briah, had caught on my day wasn't going so well so and decided to give me my coffee on the house. It was a small but incredible act of kindness that truly brightened my day. Thank you again, I hope to pass on your kindness.

Cute little Starbucks in the mall. It's attached to the chapters book store which is nice. It also has a seating are outside the shop, but inside the mall.

I'll never support union busting. Helps that everything is way over priced and tastes worse than old sweaty gym socks smell, absolutely no reason to step within 10' of the store

I visited the starbucks at the cataroqui mall in Kingston today. Staff are great however I ordered a bagel and specifically asked them to toast it well (actually asked them to burn it). After leaving the store I found my bagel was warmed only and butter was hard. I will have to go to Tim Hortons to get what I want.
