Nice and helpful staff, Bahareh assisted me with printing numerous pictures and even facilitated the process of obtaining a refund from Amazon. She exhibited patience and wore a beautiful smile throughout my entire visit.

This staples is absolutely the worst. So much attitude with the staff. The Asian guy at the printer decided he didn't have time to explain how things work, when I asked a question, he would get defensive - on top of that proceeds to give me my prints as it is, no bag or anything, and then charges me for a 1-hour" order.IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT. NO ONE IS FORCING YOU TO BE THERE WITH A BAD ATTITUDE. If you're looking for a terrible customer service experience

I would like to return the laptop. The first sales guy came to try to help. When he understand that I am returning it called someone. Then that guy called another one. Finally, one came over and said he is manager and start checking stuff. First he said bill is wrong, I showed him online bill. Then he could not find other reason and their system is not working. But still they sell something to others. Anyway, very poor customer service and childish brain work. Even 5 years old children can understand that you don’t want return products. Shame on you… You have to follow the rules

I had a very pleasurable experience speaking to one of the staff members today at this Staples location. I spoke with Bahar at the print desk. I asked her for a last minute print request. It was to print a business proposal that I needed for my sales meeting. Bahar was very patient, kind and attentive in helping me print this brochure. She went the extra step and completed the job quickly, efficiently and very skillfully. She made the brochure look super professional and suggested all the right options. The brochure looked great and my clients were very impressed by its layout. Thank you Bahar for helping me out today and if I am ever in the area I will ensure to visit this Staples location. A+ for Customer Service!

Quality of print material is good. I only do print orders and pick them up at the store. I don't know who the casually dressed lady is behind your counter but she is rude and shouldn't be at the pick up station for online orders if she isn't interested in helping people. When people ask if she can assist them she just says NO and proceeds to ignore them.

I just had an extraordinary experience with a manager by the name of Bahar. I have a very time sensitive project that has both sentimental and practical needs. Bahar was a pleasure to speak with. She understood the nuances of my project and needs right away, and was able to deliver and work with my price point. Exceptional and kind customer service.

Over staffed and under trained, no employee had any idea why they were there or what they are supposed to be doing.Scanners a joke - charges you for duration of time spent scanning so they have the slowest possible scanner there to perform the job. Don’t waste your time with staples.

very poor customer serviceCame to laminate 20 pages. Associate said they doesn't have a time and my order will be ready only on next day. I came back in 24 hours and again They said that store too busy and they needs two more hour to accomplish that task. I asked for manager. She came and said thatis normal practice and if I'm not happy, I shouldlooking for other place for business .
