Big thanks to the ladies in cosmetics Nov 16 day shift (Sorry, I didn't take your names... my bad, would prefer to make this more personal) Not only did they help me with my cosmetics purchases, they were extra helpful getting me in and out with the least amount of physical hassle/distance to walk, which I really, really appreciated. They were aware I was in some pain and made my life a little bit easier. Thank you again, Ladies!!!

This shoppers drug mart pharmacy is the worst customer experience i have ever encountered. Nothing is ever ready on time. Never on time. If using always call before you drive back. They never text or call as requested by us multiple times, and their rude about it. Their terrible at following up, their attitudes are miserable. They even make you wait to drop off a prescription when theirs no one there to drop off a prescription.Im editing the star rating based on the actual store is nice and it's not fair of me to give 1 star based on the pharmacy that needs improvement. And I appreciate the polite reply and gives me hope this will be improved.Thank you

My usual pharmacy didn’t have my prescription immediately available and I would have had to wait almost a week for it. I called shoppers and not only did they have what I needed they called my regular pharmacy received my prescription and then texted me when it was ready for pick up less than an hour later. The pharmacist was really nice and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend.Thank you!

I went to the pharmacy for a travel test and was told someone was in and I should wait. As I waited about 15 mins for what seemed to be a personal chit chat in the pharmacist office, someone else with an actual appointment was taken before me. Had the pharmacist managed his time better and took clients as they waited for the other persons results, I wouldn't still be sitting here. I find it unacceptable that the pharmacist kept the client in the office for small talk instead or attending to other clients. A test takes less than a minute to take and would have allowed him to service multiple clients in between. Very unprofessional. No wonder this location has horrible Google ratings. Wasting people's time

I used to like the pharmacy until we had to get my son's amgevita. It felt like a hussel and a lot of back and forth. The older pharmacist was nice but the newer one and the staff said we dont stock it. I am switching pharmacies. I like having a pharmacist be able to communicate and look up product if they are unsure.

The least organized and argumentative pharmacy I have ever been to. Ashley is very quick to insult other pharmacies while being completely rude to the mutual patient. I would avoid Ashley at all costs.

The store is usually well stocked and is spacious overall. Having the Canada Post onsite is a bonus and likely half of the reasons for my trips here.I can't comment on the pharmacy, as I've only used it on the odd occasion but had a pleasant experience with staff each time.Parking lot it is oddly laid out, but not surprising given the running theme of them in Alliston.

Dispicable pharmacy, no time for their patience. They never have my precription in stock and have to go back multiple times. Recently tried to switch to a competent location near where I live- especially as my car is in the shop. But they never tell you they can’t transfer a remaining balance…. So they will leave you without your medication. Dealing with a serious medical issue now because of this incompetence.
