Horrible unkind callous management . Charging a 243$ rent increase with 3 months notice . The building is comprised mainly of half seniors half of young people . This increase is kicking old people and other out of their homes and the owner couldn’t care less . Management and the owner have no sense of decency or empathy for anyone who live there . Bed bugs have been an issue in the building and there is no handy man available if anything breaks . Don’t rent here save yourself some misery
