Everyone we spoke with was very friendly, but they were painfully disorganized. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into five separate appointments.After booking the day off, they cancelled the first install date on me an hour after they were supposed to be at the house. It was downhill from there. Their sales team, project coordinator, and installers seem to have zero communication with one another. No one knew what was going on, leaving me as the middle man to get things done properly.The end product and price were good, but it was a long and frustrating process getting this simple project over the finish line.

We love how they handled the replacement of the old jalousies in the office with sliding glass windows. The windows were drafty and were a safety hazard, so we appreciate how fast they took care of things. We didn't have to shell out much, but the results were impressive.

The professionalism of this company was incredible! Very impressed! From the quote stage through to the finished product stage every interaction with this company was outstanding. Every phone call was responded to immediately with a friendliy and helpful vibe. Every question was answered quickly and professionally. Appointments were quickly booked after the quote stage, and reps not only showed up on time, they called in advance to let you know when they would be there! Al and Mario were so friendly when they came to install my patio door. They did a fantastic job. A small adjustment needed to be made and the company was back within 36 hours to make it happen.I will be hiring this company again....and you should too! Sales person come to my house did a walk through on what we are looking to have done. Said I would get a quote next days and 2 weeks later still nothing, reached out to the sales person and no response and also called the office twice and still no quote. If your guys are too busy don’t waste people’s time to make sure we are home.

I had an urgent request with a window that was sliding allowing cold air to get in during the winter months. After trying several window companies, it was Monaco that responded quickly. The woman who took care of appointments and administration was great and professional, and so was the contractor who visited and the installers. Despite the fact they forgot to put the screen in, did not matter, it was all good at a time where I needed GOOD.

Just had my patio door installed today. Exceeded my expectations. They’re very professional with attention to detail cleaned up everything too. And a great priceCan’t go wrong !

Excellent service in every aspect ! Agent/installer (Tom) came to our house right away. New panel was ordered/installed in a short amount of time! Great communication with company in terms of invoicing and setting up dates/times. Competitively priced too! Definitely recommend. 10/10.

Monaco Windows And Doors just replaced and installed new windows, entrance door and garage door in our raised bungalow They were extremely professional and friendly. Worked very hard and completed the jobs in a timely manner. The material is Canadian made, good quality and economically priced. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend them.
