Personally our family of 4 and myself like it and had no issues. Large portions, beef tendon was soft and noodles cooked just right. The chicken was flavour and large amounts. Price I’m not sure since my wife went to get it but like everywhere in the city, good food is pricy. Another reviewer suggested $5 for the chicken but how many nuggets do you get at McDonald’s and what’s the price for 6 piece nuggets? I don’t eat at McDonald’s but personally for $8 if that’s the price, I rather eat this and more than worth your money. You want cheaper, buy a pack of chicken and cook at home.

Good service but portions are small and they give you what looks like scraps of fatty meat. Good thing I added an egg for $1 lol. Disappointed and won’t be back.

When I passed by, the woman behind the counter glared at me and went into the kitchen. She was not welcoming at all. I went back after we walked around the food court and we ordered the Chicken Nuggets. Shockingly, they were tasteless. They merely fried the chicken and added salt to it without seasoning. We were surprised with the inferior quality because of their famous name. The Chicken Nuggets were not authentic; they were not worth the price (they had increased the price to $9.95). I was planning to try their beef noodle soup which is what they are famous for but now there is no need.

I had high hopes for this place as I love Taiwanese noodles and was looking for a place near by to me. I grew up on bubble world spicy beef noodle.Unfortunately the service here is quite absent and the food quality is a miss. I found the soup super salty (high in MsG?) I felt so dehydrated after eating the meal. The taste was okay at best. My feedback on service would be I felt like I was a bother when lining up to order…..I also find it weird as they don’t open when they should. I have found a few times since they had opened up at the mall, that there would be days that they would be closed whenever one else was open. Tuesday, Thursday etc it didn’t matter… it would be closed.I hope things improve as I frequent this food court.

First time trying out. Initially I thought the price was a bit pricey but after walking around prices were comparable every else in the food court so it comes down to portion and tasteTaste - not too bad. Ordered A1 braised beef . Beef wasn’t as tender as I expected but the pieces were large so that was good. There was 2 pieces of Shanghai bok Choy and the broth was good.Portion - a bit small as I mentioned above…not much else was in the soup .Overall, ok but probably won’t come back

They had a promotion saying that they were giving a free green tea away with every food purchase.I ordered Taiwanese sausage for 10 dollars, and after I paid they said it doesn't qualify for the promotion since it's an appetizer, but nowhere on their menu nor their promotion does it make this distinction. Is an appetizer not food? Not to mention, their cheapest main menu" item is only 50 cents more than the sausage. The sausage itself was very small in portion size for 10 dollars

The braised pork on rice is one of my favourite dishes in the whole food court. So good.A lot of these review are old and from when they first opened. There is never a line and service is super fast. You should definitely give it a try!

The dish looks nothing like the picture on the menu board which featured a lot of broccoli. Also the meat looks more like ground meat than one expects from braised pork although it tastes right. The texture/cut of the meat is very strange as I’d expect the configuration to be either big cubes or pulled pork. Perhaps this is true to the cuisine of a region with which I am unfamiliar?

Quality is as expected from Chef Hung with tender beef cuts and chewy noodle. The portion is reasonable. It seems that they do cook it on order as I did have to wait about 5-7 min for my order even I was the only customer at the time, which mean my noodle was hot and fresh. However, I was disappointed by the side vegetable, instead of a typical bok choy, it came with lettuce, which in my opinion is a downgrade. Overall, however I would still recommend this place for some some quick and easy Taiwanese noodle fix if you are in the neighborhood.
