Jeffrey's Restaurant
Met friends for lunch. Meals were delicious. Our server was awesome. She had a great personality and took our orders by memory.... Each meal was different, and every meal was received correctly. Have been to Jeffrey's many times and have never been disappointed. A great experience every time.

Food was good, service was not great, because we were in a group we had mandatory tip tacked on along with very mediocre service. We had to wave the waitress down a few times while she was at the bar giggling on what seemed to be their phone. We managed to get the forced tip taken off, however as we left we heard them talking about it. Never coming back. Not to mention we paid for a pool table and were bullied out of it by other patrons.Also the owner replying to these reviews seems very unprofessional and has a weird 'young people don't want to work mindset.' Maybe pay better if you're that upset that noone wants to work for you?

We had a larger group and expected service to a little slower - no big deal. However after the meals were served our server did not return to ask how the food was until we were finished eating. My meal was served at room temperature (chicken wrap with onion rings) - wrap was edible at room temperature, but onion rings were not. Not impressed at all.

I came here for some drinks and dinner with a classmate, and it was my first time visiting. We chose the dining area because he doesn't like loud and I'm hard of hearing so the louge was a little too busy for us. We had an amazingly friendly waitress from Ukraine, and she did a great job. The food was delicious also. The parking lot was completely full at 8pm when we arrived, and I'm not sure where I would have parked if we didn't happen to get one as someone else was leaving. It's not the restaurants fault, but if you have a disability you may need someone to drop you at the door well they find parking to avoid a distance that might be unmanageable for the disabled person. Other than that I can't wait to be back.

We have been going there for years. The atmosphere has always been awesome, food especially Mauro meaty is second to none in Pizza.Food prices haven’t changed in years but the quality is still great. A staple of north k and will always recommend when going watching a jets game or out to dinner with the family.

I purposely ordered a vegetarian pizza and it was smothered with pepperoni. The establishment tried to turn it around and say it was my fault. I asked for a new pizza and was told they don’t deliver, or just give away free pizzas to anyone, as it, the pizza was not opened until it got home. The staff member I spoke with was arrogant and very snooty. She told me she was going to hang up on me if I didn’t change my tone, when I asked her her name, she refused to give it “ because she didn’t feel comfortable”?!?! After my family members spent $120 ( they brought the pizza home for me) we were treated like dirt. I have absolutely no intention of ever visiting this establishment again! The customer service lacks any kind of customer service. It needs to recognize that the customers are who pays their bills! Their staff is cold, callous and very immature. As for their food? I’ll never know, as I gave the pizza to my neighbor because the restaurant refused to replace the pizza they messed up! So done with this dump!

I have a very mixed review from dining at Jeffrey's.Good quality food with small portions as compared to the amount being charging. The pizza tasted very good. (Nothing on the menu indicating thin pizzas).Service on the restaurant side was slow and clumsy. Had to ask for the plates and cutlery two times, even then the waitress dropped for 1 person only. I would understand if the restaurant was busy as they have a lot going on.

The poutine week entry was fantastic. Flavourful and the curly fries were amazing. The mozza sticks were lackluster, though. The restaurant side was clean and booths were comfortable. I really liked our waitress. I can see myself coming back if I'm in the area but wouldn't go out of my way.Parking is horrendous! I understand they share a lot with other businesses but be prepared to park on a side street and walking if you're coming during a busy time. Lots of skip the dishes/door dash stopping in the middle of the drive lane blocking everyone.

Was at Jeffery's for lunch today. The service was some of the best I have experienced lately, our server was very nice, she checked on us regularly and was very knowledgeable about the menu items. I ordered the French Onion Soup and the Clubhouse wrap. The French Onion soup tasted great, had lots of onions and cheese but was on the pricey side compared with French Onion soup from other establishments. The Clubhouse wrap tasted great and held together very nicely. I didn't have any problems with it falling apart while I was eating it. The portions were good, not too much but enough that I didn't have room for dessert. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I will be back to try their Italian sausage and gnocchi soup.

Super friendly staff really make the experience while the food was your standard diner fare. Burger was tasty and fries were as well. My partner had a club house and she said it was good. If you're looking for typical diner food this is a good choice. The add-ons on the burger added up bringing my burger, fries and gravy to nearly 25$.
