Chuck was a pleasure to work with from the first day. Super down to earth, been there done that type of guy with loads of experience in the industry. We had experienced a lot of road blocks when it came to manufactured homes, but Chuck made everything really easy and helped us navigate our way through the modular home purchasing process. I had full confidence he would 'take care of us' through the building and set up. Unfortunately, (through no fault of his own) our financing fell through and we were not able to go forward with ordering. Chuck refunded our deposit no problem which was a huge relief to us. We will absolutely be back when our circumstances change and would highly recommend working with him if you're interested in custom building a brand new modular home. Substandard workmanship. Nothing was the quality promised. every appliance has had a problem right down to the dryer handle breaking. Shop around people. Or you will end up with a piece of garbage that you will me paying off for years

We recently decided to see if we could put a mobile home on our property for one of our kids to live in, But once we looked into the process with the building department we were suddenly overwhelmed with all the requirements and red tape. We contacted Glenbrook Homes and talked to Chuck, we explained what we wanted to do and the difficulties we were having. Chuck answered all our questions and gave us the names of several contractors needed to get our project completed, he was able to fill out all the paperwork for us and take our  application to the building department.
