Ordered through doordash last night and when I woke up in the morning was stomach was hurting and now I have diarrhea (pretty sure it's from the chicken wings or fries I ate). Judging from the other reviews people have had issues with food quality here too. Will be filing a report

Do you love good food? How about attentive, accurate and polite servers? How about fair portions? Quick service? If you answered yes to any of these questions; avoid this place for all that is Holy.I was overcharged. I wanted 2 lbs of wings with two different flavours, something you can do at every other place, I got charged for two singles. Waited a long time for food. Server forgot my drink order. The drink was not correct. My wing order came and 1 lb was wrong and for the price was a bit shy on wings.The beer tasted off. The soda tasted flat and light on syrup.Congratulations on being a terrible dining experience for friends and family. Quite frankly for anyone.

I wish i could give zero stars. I ordered classic wings and their flatbread. It was pathetic like seriously waste of money.Bread was too sògy and had water in it. They should seriously work on their packing.

The place was empty and it was the better part of five minutes before my daughter and I were noticed by the kitchen staff passing by an open door. The service wasn't comparable to what I have come to know from other WW locations. Ordered a starter, loaded skins, and the sampler platter. Ten minutes later we were served a basket of french fries. No mention of the starter. Ten minutes or so later the wing platter arrived. It was hot, tasty and presentation was good. We were finished twenty wings and were ready for the bill when the starter finally arrived. I can only deduce there was a communication breakdown between the only two customers in the restaurant and the kitchen, some thirty feet away. Seems the kitchen is on point.. the three stars is solely theirs.. front of house needs work. I'll stick with Airport Rd next time.

Absolutely the worst dining experience I've ever encountered in Brampton! Server seemed confused about everything, all the drinks were flat, she served us tepid tap water in a jug with only one glass between 7 people, everyone waited over an hour for food that wasn't correct, none of the wings were correctly prepared not to mention starters arrived after the main courses were served. Waitress had no answers to any of our concerns about all the issues we had and I just wish I could get my time and money back for my partner's food. ...overall just overpriced garbage that wasn't worth the plates they were served on. In fact, my order was so slow I just cancelled after watching the rest of my party eat their meals and eventually had to get McDonald's afterwards and had a better time in the drive thru. I don't do reviews often but this experience was so upsetting on so many levels. Never, ever eat here!

Despite all the negative reviews, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed dining in here! Food tasted great, portion was enough to make her take the leftovers home, and most of all, our male server was awesome! He was friendly, he got our drinks and food out timely and the food was COOKED!To top it all off, the tracks that were playing at the time were poppin! We would definitely come back to eat here again! Apologies for the picture- just wanted to show that the food was legit, again inspite of all the negative reviews.

If I could give 0 stars for the experience I had tonight, I would. Terrible service, food wasnt great. Drinks were flat, table was sticky, appetizers came after meals. Took more than an hour just to get our food. Server didn’t even get any of our orders right.. never coming back to this specific location… what’s up “wild wings”?
