Worst customer service experience. Buyer beware with online orders. Can only use certain kiosks to process online returns in-store. Then you wait until the next credit card billing cycle" for your return to process. Even if it is an item from Hudson Bay. I couldn't imagine dealing with a third party refund.Don't even try to call their customer service line to complain as it is useless."

Had my batteries changed today at the watch repair. Was an absolutely memorable experience. Not only was the technician extremely friendly and made me feel welcome but she went above and beyond with my watches and kept them safe and gave them some much needed tlc! She even took the initiative to tell me which batteries belongs to which watches. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at the watch repair and I think that lady deserves a raise for going above and beyond.Thank-You!!

I was looking for a dress for my daughter. They do have sales but no luck Itis sad not to many staff to ask for help. I did get my grandson a top and hat fair price.

Lovely Beauty Dept., clothing areas....seems to have ++ Plus Size...not much in 6 or 8....a lot of very trendy styles..great for teens but I didn't find much I was interested in, some items have no price on them. If I don't see clearly marked price, I don't buy...I found this in nightwear dept.The store is clean and very nice otherwise...
