I started a few months ago and have been blown away by Jesse's expertise and the friendly supportive atmosphere he creates. Jesse's always motivating everyone with a huge smile on his face and always makes it around to help every person in the class... No matter how big the class is. Great class for either beginners or people with previous training... Jesse will teach to your level. Highly recommend Birdhouse Striking Club!

Jesse is a kind, patient and passionate teacher and it really shows in all of his classes. This was my first time trying a kickboxing class and it was a super fun experience. It was also an amazing workout; the combos really get you sweating! You can tell from the strong energy that everyone is putting in work and having a good time. I'd 10/10 recommend to all.

Birdhouse Striking Club is great for all ages and all skill levels. Jesse has a knack for breaking it down for the newbies and building on skills for the more advanced. Come and try it for a week you will love it !

Jesse is a great teacher for both beginner and advanced students. He is always patient and clear and his class is always a great time. He runs the kids class extremely well and my daughter loves him and looks forward to every class.

The facility is clean and well maintained, as is the equipment. The instructors are kind, patient and genuinely have a passion for the sport. They really want to see the students skills progress. I have participated in the group class as well as taken private lessons from Colton Bird. The classes are so much fun you don’t want them to end and the students are from all ages, ethnicities and genders. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. I recommend the private lessons for anyone who wants their skills to progress quicker. Colton designs a lesson plan specifically catered to you and what you want. I really love this gym and hope to see you soon!

Jesse definitely know his stuff! His class are fun and you learn tons. He makes everyone feel comfortable, classes are for anyone looking to learn a lot at your own skill level. Jesse can cater to all levels beginner to advanced.

It's a great place to get a really good workout, there's also sparring some days which is a great way to improve your skills, let off a little steam and have fun with group of great people. The trainers are excellent and professional. Very nice people!
