We had a challenging system to access initially, so on our first appointment the gentlemen said he couldn’t properly access our outdoor heat pump without a access panel being installed, he said he could try to do it without the panel but he would rather do it properly, which we definitely agreed and appreciated his honesty and commitment to the service. So we rescheduled and installed the panel. On the follow up appointment we had a young man come to do the service. He was awesome. Hard worker, very professional. We will definitely have them back for our dryer vent blow outs semi annually, as we have two laundry rooms and we’re quite horrified to see the amount of build up in our dryer vents- mainly to do with the poor 90’s construction of our home. Also I’ll mention that I know of a family who hired a different company in Kelowna and got hosed into so many extra fees and up sales like , disinfectant spray in the ducts- why do that!? Now they are breathing in chemicals- totally unnecessary. They spent $600 MORE than we did. We’re so glad we went with Power Vac!

I recently had occasion to hire Powervac Kelowna to clean my HVAC system. They attended for this purpose yesterday, May 13th, 2021.I booked the appointment a couple of weeks ago with the manager, Greg, who was very friendly and informative about the services Powervac offered. He was not pushy at all but he explained his company's services very well. When asked about the competitors in the area he didn't disparage them but only compared and contrasted their attributes. I found Greg to be very professional in his demeanor.Powervac Technician, Mike, attended to perform the requested services. His truck and equipment were modern and clean and appeared to be very well organized and maintained.Mike, himself, was well groomed and masked up for safety. He was courteous in all of our dealings from start to finish. He was also very methodical and thorough in the work he did. At one point he cautioned my wife and me about the noise that was about to occur and asked if we wanted some ear plugs. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was also very careful not to bump any of our belongings, and each time he entered our home, he took his shoes off.Our duct work and furnace is now hospital grade clean and we are very happy with the results.I would highly recommend this company, and in particular, Mike and Greg.Thank-you for a job well done!

Greg is a fantastic person, and a great owner! I can't say enough kind things. From the moment he first took my call to calling me back after the appointment this afternoon just a great person! His employees are also terrific and he treats them well. Just a terrific job they did, I couldn't be happier. Even after forgetting something Greg was kind enough to send is crew back. Great job all around, very professional! 10/10 would recommend!

Power Vac Kelowna cleaned our home system, and we are most satisfied with the service, result, and cost. Greg was prompt with questions and quote, and Eddie attended to perform the work. We have never had ducts cleaned before, and had concerns with potential scuffs to walls and such. However, the care and attention to protecting surfaces was outstanding, the professional approach and detail of the work along with a friendly disposition, laid any concerns to rest. The before and after pictures clearly indicate the importance of duct cleaning. For those that have never had their dry vent properly cleaned, this service alone will make you a believer. We highly recommend Power Vac Kelowna.

Patrick cleaned our heating ducts today - I was very pleased with the service! He is super knowledgeable and explained things as he went along. Patrick was very friendly and professional - I would recommend him and Power Vac for sure!!

This company never fails! They have the best customer service and the best product in the industry! Mike ( our lake country and Vernon tech). Is beyond methodical and dedicated. Tirelessly worked on a house that I am the property manager for. 12.5 hours he worked and never let up on his politeness, professionalism and hard work! ( even after finding furnace upon furnace) Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Today Patrick provided absolutely excellent customer service despite my being a difficult client from the get-go (I forgot about the appt, wasn’t home, my door was locked, etc) but he took the time to work through these obstacles with me and got my vents done - and all with a fantastic can-do and no-problem attitude, which I super appreciated!
