We ordered a caramel milk tea and a chai milk tea. Both drinks were good and not over the top sweet like some other bubble tea places I’ve tried. Expensive for a small but worth it as a treat.

Mo'Cha Cafe & Bubble Tea
I ordered a veggie wrap. First they said they don’t avocado and I said it’s fine. Then they didn’t have the sauce that goes in it. I said it’s fine with a different sauce. When I got the wrap, there was no chick peas in it either. ( which they didn’t aware me of.) Just lettuce and pickles. Wasted $11 on nothing. Why not just say they don’t have anything to make that wrap. I’m disappointed.

I am from Toronto and was so happy to come across this bubbletea location in Sarnia. Amazing customer service and delicious bubble tea, just as good as my local go to place in Toronto, if not better. Will definitely visit again next time i'm in town.

I was thinking about going to your shop and started to read the reviews. Reading the response you made to ‘Real Martin’ about his bad experience in your reviews section, telling him to « get over it » will make me think twice about going to your establishment. Not acceptable customer service to speak that way to your customers. I’m quite disappointed to see this. I’ve noticed your responses to other customers being harsh as well. It definitely gives one pause.Update: to anyone reading this, they have edited and deleted some of their negative review responses after me writing this. I’m glad! It is better for everyone that responses from owners be professional and courteous. BUT if you read the responses, there are still some that are out of line.

Their food is great and their bubble tea is delicious! Highly recommend anyone who is looking to try bubble tea to pay a visit! The people who work there are very nice and inviting and give great recommendations for flavours if you aren’t sure what to get or would like to try something new!

Best bubble tea in the city, so far in my opinion. You get the best quality for what you pay for but on par with other typical bubble tea/dessert spots. Highly recommend the mo 'cha brown sugar milk tea"
