I was very impressed with the stylist Gabby, she truly listened to what I wanted and delivered. She knows her stuff and was so considerate and professional. I was also pleased with the final bill which was less than anticipated. I will definitely be going back and will be recommending this salon to friends and family.

In the beginning. Great friendly service. Now, rushed, hard to get in. Over a month no one contacted me back to even book something for down the road. Than when I tried to discuss on their page. The owner deleted , and blocked me from putting a review on their Facebook page. Controlling the reviews . They fire some of their best employees with no notice and no regard for the clients. It’s now a stressful environment. Not a few hours of pampering.

great service. Best consultant I’ve had! Hair cut was exactly what I want and ohhh the massage mmmmm. Definitely going back and recommend to all my friends. Shay was my stylist and she was amazing!

Great salon in downtown Nanaimo! De does the best hair colour - always feel better leaving the salon! All the ladies working here are friendly, professional and talented. Love this place!

I have been a client of Jen's for a few years now, and she is the best! I am useless when it comes to styling hair, and she is able to give me cuts that work for me. She never upsells" me with colour
