I called Two Glass Gents on a recommendation from a customer. They arrived at the store's (Between the Covers) address, not having known that the job was for a commercial property. Turns out, they stick to residential. They provided the name of someone who does commercial work, but since they were here, very kindly insisted on cleaning our storefront windows. Their goodwill goes a long way in my book, and I will certainly be happy to promote them to customers and friends.

We have a vacation home in the Petoskey area and Two Glass Gents was a breath of fresh air. In the past when we have needed services performed at our home, we found estimates to perform the work to be outrageous, the actual work delayed and the outcome disappointing. The quote from Two Gents for cleaning outside and inside windows was given in less than a week, the job was scheduled, they showed up on time and finished the job, and the results were amazing. The windows are so clean that when you look out at Little Traverse Bay you don't even realize you are looking through a window. I give them 10 stars. Thank you!

Finding an honest, hardworking, skilled, and capable crew is a truly difficult task. But with Two Glass Gents you can leave your worries behind. It appears no matter the task or difficulty of the windows and soft washing they can handle it without skipping a beat. Did I mention they do some of the best work I have seen out of a window cleaning and soft washing crew? Oh yeah and they do it fast. 1 Star for non responsive and paying for a service we didn't receive. They were supposed to clean the roof above our front porch and the front/back porch itself. The porch looked great, but the roof was not cleaned. Unfortunately we paid for the service off their bill, but did not see the results until afterwards. The leaves and debris are still there. Also some of our front plants died I assume from the chemicals used to clean the porch. He was wearing a suit and mask to protect himself from what I could see in the cameras around the house. He never went up on the root as the camera would have shown it. Emailed them once, she replied and was supposed to get back to us. No response now. Frustrating!
