Aspire Lounge

I visited here on the way to Toronto because my girlfriend told me how great it was. Of course, she was right.This is the fanciest lounge I’ve seen accessible with Priority Pass. The interior design is really classy, and the people at the front desk were super nice. She checked me in and got me an americano which I drank while waiting. It felt like checking into a high end hotel.There are QR codes at each seating area so that you can scan it to order desserts and other things formerly accessible by the buffet before the pandemic to your table. There are also plugs by the tables which I loved, and also large windows so you can get some sunlight without freezing in the Ottawa winter.Overall it’s definitely worth a visit if you happen to be in the Ottawa airport!

This is a very good lounge for a small airport like YOW. There is ample comfortable seating, good service, good coffee options, great views of the airplanes and hot food and soup which were ok.

This is a comfortable lounge with great amenities. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5* is because it’s tables, food and drink area is not wiped down frequently enough. I was in the lounge for one hour and staff did not wipe one surface in that time period.

Best lounge experience I have had to date after 2x visits. Never busy and the service from Katherine & Annie (Sunday Team) is top-notch.Food choice is what you would expect, local Ottawa Beyond the Pale Brewery offerings on tap.LoungeKey + CDC (Jade) works well.

A respite from the hectic YOW airport… with excellent staff ensuring you’re well taken care of… wether supplying drinks or ensuring the a available food is plentiful or making sure the place is spotless. Always a nice place to relax before your flight… to unwind, have a drink and enjoy the serenity!

FINALLY a lounge for WestJet frequent flyers at the #OttawaAirport #YOW . And it’s brand new, bright and lovely design. Great food options and love that Soda fountain!Snagged this nice bright self-contained seat with power plugs (USB too!)Travelling from Ottawa just got a bit more fun.

A lovely experience at the lounge. Catherine and Borghin were very helpful and informative when our flight was delayed. Not to mention their fun personalities! Come to lounge! It's worth it!

Pretty good food choices compared to other lounges I have been to. They had 2 or 3 choices of main courses in the buffet, salad with nice add-ons and cold drinks. I had a desert that tasted just like Starbucks lemon poppyseed cake.I came close to closing time at 7PM and thought it would be great if they could keep it open for another couple of hours as there were at least 10 patrons who left the lounge at the same time who still had to wait elsewhere for their flights.

A well appointed lounge and Barak was a very gracious host. Lounge is well appointed with a beautiful view of the runway. Lots of eats and drinks. This is very civilized.
