Terrible service I hate using FedEx for my entire life they put me in lots of trouble by not fixing the website.I didn’t pick up the parcel but the website shows I picked up and I called the 100 times and I explained it to them they told me they will fix it but they didn’t.So,The seller is waiting for the item to refund my money back it was $300 I spend and I lost it.This is the tracking number 775102444665.I won’t use FedEx for my entire life.

The package came and was not damaged so that was good but it was a 500$ package and would have preferred it not to be left outside. I also got the pleasure of having a nice surprise of the fees they invoiced me after of nearly 250$...that is half the price of the item I purchased, I do understand that there has to be fees but I would have liked to have known the cost before because I would have cancelled the order if I had known.

Fedex is just worst transportation company in general. They just pretend to deliver the package and leave the note on the door so that they don't carry shipments and let receivers to go pick them up by ourselves. They don't even try calling customers.Not only just a door tag, the delivery itself is just tragic. In a condo, they just call random units and hoping to open the door for them. It's just ridiculous how they think and act. It seems like they don't have any rules. It's almost scary.T/C support is just so-so because it's not their fault that driver doesn't deliver for us.I lived many years in Greater Vancouver region; all the fedex shipment.operates the same. I am not too sure if it only applies those drivers, but who cares from users' point of views. They don't deliver things properly.

What kind of FedEx are you if you don't even ship international? Your business needs to shut down and shut down completely and forever at this site. 1 star is even too much.

Totally inefficient. It shouldn't take 30 mins to pick up a package.
