We purchased from this location the first time, and had a decent experience. We made another purchase in October, and the delivery was disaster. First, they delivered extremely damaged pieces. They redirected us to Hunt Club branch which has the worse customer service. I would never try this store again.

When I arrived at the store, I was the only person there and it still took quite some time for someone to offer their help. While filling out the paper work for my purchase, the manager had to be called to settle a small detail and he`s the one who was less than friendly with me. While I waited for him, I decided to take a picture of the fabric to help me with my color scheme to decorate my new living room. He very abruptly told me to get out of his way so he could access the computer and showed me no patience for me to finish taking my picture. It`s not like the store was crawling with customers and that he was super busy serving others. I found him to be rude in his manorism.

Locally owned store with Quality home furnishings located in Orleans. Many different styles to choose from but it's known most notably for its modern contemporary pieces. With a large selection of canadian made furniture and options for fabrics it's great if your design ideas are specific. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and quick to give ideas. Certain pieces marked as floor models are available at greatly reduced prices. If it says Take me home today" the pieces are the last item or a floor model

We recently bought a sofa, which wouldn't have been as seamless and positive an experience without Melanie's guidance and patience. It was a big and intimidating purchase for us, but Melanie was incredibly helpful in getting us to a space of knowing what it is we wanted and feel confident in making the purchase. We had a fantastic experience shopping for our new living room furniture at UpperRoom in Orleans. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Prices & selection are extraordinary. Our sofas were in-stock and delivered within a week. The delivery guys were on-point, on time, friendly, professional and respectful of our home. Bought theatre seats and six months after the one year warranty I contacted Customer Service (CS)for an inquiry concerning a defective controller for the back recliner. CS using my pictures and description ordered parts, however it was not the defective piece.I went to the store and talked with a Manager named Dylan and he was very sensitive to my concerns and told me he would have the exact part ordered and installed. As promised today I am very happy to report that the Upper Room followed up with this customers concerns and replaced the defective part in a timely manner.I will not hesitate to shop here once again, thanks to Crystal (CS) and Dylan’s actions.Bill J.

Upper Room Home Furnishings
We purchased a bedroom set and the mirror came with a problem! We asked for a replacement and their customer service agreed to do so. It has been a year now and they still have not sent the right item. I have called them at least 5 times and they say is that they are sorry and will follow up with manufacturer. I won’t do business with them ever again to keep by nerves calm.
