I just recently sold my first house. I had minimal information as to what to do before I met Cara Siska. She was amazing in helping me to prepare for the sale. She even gave me advice on how to stage the house. Cara kept me updated throughout the process. I even received feedback from potential buyers. Once the house was sold Cara kept in touch with me to ensure that all was good with the buyer regarding utilities and mail. It was an overall positive experience. I now know who to call when I decide to move again.
