Ivan's Chimney Sweep
Terry did a fantastic job of cleaning our chimney and wood stove. He was able to find time in his schedule a few days after calling and explaining our experience with a contained chimney fire. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I was given multiple helpful tips to help get the most out of our stove. He has a really slick operation; he left the hearth cleaner than it had been before he visited. The price was very reasonable, especially given the travel time to my remote home. Don't let the Chelan company location deter you from giving him a call--the service area is quite large. I highly recommend Terry!

Ivan's Chimney Sweep
Outstanding company! Terry Tilbury climbed on my steep roof and checked out my chimney to see if it could get through the winter without leaking. He told me it was safe for this winter and gave me a timeline and ideas on what I needed done to repair my chimney. Even though he doesn't do this specific type of brick building, he referred me to various people who could do it. I am impressed with his honesty and bringing me peace of mind during this winter season. He would not take any money for coming out all this way to advise me. Thank you so much Terry!!!
